Methods The leukopenia animal model were duplicated with cyclophosphamide by ear vein injection in rabbits.Acupuncture on the rabbits and measure the leukocyte count and classification of peripheral blood every day.On the last day,anesthetized the rabbits,open the abdominal cavity,cut a piece of spleen tissue,and observed the diameter of splenic sinusoid basal lamina eyehole under microscope.

通过家兔静脉注射环磷酰胺复制白细胞减少症模型，采用电针治疗，每天分别于耳缘静脉采血进行外周血白细胞计数和分类，观察血象变化，并于处死前麻醉动物，开腹取脾组织电镜下观测脾血窦基膜小孔口径大小。

Results The liver cells in model group were hydropic degeneration.

结果 模型组大鼠肝脏中可见肝细胞水肿、体积增大，胞浆疏松化，部分肝细胞出现脂肪变性，肝血窦狭窄，门管区炎细胞增多；bFGF表达增高，主要表达在肝小叶中央静脉周围。
