Angiographies were performed in theCEMPs and their angiograms were evaluated in comparison with those of human beings.

结果猪无颈内动脉颅外段，代之以咽升动脉，后者在海绵窦先形成酷似人脑动静脉畸形团的、且两侧网状吻合的微血管网，再汇聚成主要向颅内供血的颈内动脉。

Methods: 22 cases of parasagittal meningiomas, which diagnosed by CT and MRI preoperation, confirmed by pathology postoperation in hospital from 2006.9 to 2008.1 of Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University, were evaluated the ambient draining vein of the tumor by MR brain surface anatomy scanning.

分析本院经头颅 CT 及 MRI 诊断为矢状窦旁脑膜瘤，利用显微手术技术切除并经病理证实的的22例患者；术前均运用磁共振脑表面成像技术评估与肿瘤关系密切的脑表面回流静脉情况。

In the cavernous sinus, Meckel cavity, trigeminal ganglion, mangibular nerve,(glossopharyngeal nerve, vagus nerve, accessory nerve), jugular foramen, hypoglossal nerve, MRI showed that the number of infiltrating 51, 35, 32, 56, 18, 19, 39 respectively;CT showed that the number of infiltrating 25, 12, 9, 20, 5, 5, 16 respectively.

在显示海绵窦、Meckel腔、三叉神经半月结、三叉神经第3支（CNV3）、舌咽/迷走/副神经（CN IX，X， XI）、颈静脉孔、舌下神经浸润方面，MRI显示浸润数分别为51、35、32、56、18、19、39；CT显示浸润数分别为25、12、9、20、5、5、16。

Methods Retrosigmoid sinus approach was adopted to find the cerebellopontine angle. The area surrounding the jugular foramen was explored carefully under microscope and the glossopharyngeal nerve was cut off. The superior branch of vagus nerve should be cut off simultaneously in patients with earache and the space-occupying focus should be cut off to receive pathological examination.

采用经乙状窦后入路进入小脑脑桥角，在手术显微镜下对颈静脉孔周围进行探查并切断舌咽神经根；伴有耳痛者同期切断迷走神经上支；如发现占位病灶须切除病灶并行病理检查。
