Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound and multi-slice spiral CT venography on the diagnosis of venous thrombosis of lower limbs and make a comparative study between these two modalities.

目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声和多层螺旋CT静脉成像对下肢静脉血栓诊断的价值并进行对比研究。

Methods A total of 30 patients receiving open cholecystectomy under the general anesthesia and epidural anesthesia in our hospital were selected.The right internal jugular vein and femoral vein catheterization was performed after the anesthesia induction and intubation to continuously monitor CVP and the inferior vena cava pressure.Meanwhile, the changes in CVP, MAP, HR, IVCP before abdominal opening,upon pulling gallblad-der as well as 5 min, 10 min and 15 minutes after the opening of deep retractors were observed, recor-ded and compared.

选择在全麻加硬膜外麻醉下开腹胆囊切除手术病人30例，麻醉诱导插管后行右颈内静脉和股静脉穿刺置管，连续监测CVP和下腔静脉压，观察并记录开腹前、牵拉胆囊时、深部拉钩牵开后5、10、15 min及关腹后CVP、MAP、HR、IVCP的变化，并进行显著性检验。

To confirm the hypothesis that the pathogenic mechanism of air infusion in the circulatory system is not bubble blockade of blood vessels but the consequence of anoxia of the vital organs,different amounts of air were injected into the great sapenous vein of 22 dogs,and then heart rate,cardiac rhythm and bubble sound were monitored with a Doppler probe at the precordial region.

为探讨循环系统内注入空气致病机理，向22只狗大隐静脉内注入不等量空气并在心前区用Doppler监测心率、心律和气泡音。结果发现，维持心前区Ⅳ级气泡音的17只狗，依次出现呼吸和心率加快、心律紊乱、心率缓慢、腹式呼吸加强，其中12只狗继续缓慢注入空气至呼吸停止，任选10只狗胸外按压，8只狗复苏后行为无异常，2只狗未能复活。另2只狗呼吸停止后立即尸检，可见右心房、室、腔静脉和肺血管中有大量气泡。

METHODS: Human AMSCs were isolated in vitro sterilely. At the third passage, 0.5 mL single cell suspension at 1×109/L was obtained and transplanted by tail venous pathway in transplantation group mice, Mice in the control group were injected with an equal volume of saline. 采用左冠状动脉前降支结扎开放建立心肌缺血／再灌注模型，健康SD大鼠24只，随机分为心包打开假手术组(A组，n=6)，缺血／再灌注对照组(B组，n=6)，5 mg·kg~(-1)氯胺酮+缺血／再灌注组C组，n=6，缺血30min后右腹股静脉注入5 mg·kg~(-1氯胺酮，10mg·kg~(-1)KTM+I／R组D组，n=6，缺血30min后右腹股静脉注入10 mg·kg~(-1氯胺酮。10％水合氯醛40 mg·kg~(-1)腹腔注射麻醉，气管切开，连接多功能监护仪记录心电图；小动物呼吸机人工呼吸，呼吸频率60次／分，潮气量2ml／100g，于左胸第四肋间打开胸腔暴露心脏，在左心耳下1mm左冠状动脉处，用丝线，眼科外用不锈钢小圆针穿过心肌浅层，稳定10min后将U型含有铜丝的胶管置于冠状动脉表面一起结扎(A组不结扎，B、C、D组结扎)；结扎开始左心室心尖部即由红色变暗，30 min后呈暗红色，心电图中出现S-T段抬高，说明缺血形成。
