Pringle′s法联合肝静脉阻断技术在复杂肝切除术中既能达到减少术中出血的目的，又能防止术中肝静脉破裂导致空气栓塞，还避免了下腔静脉阻断所引起全身血流动力学紊乱，是一种更安全、有效的血流阻断技术。

Methods: endovenous laser treatment of varicose great saphenous veins was applied to 21 patients of the chronic ulcer complicated to lower limbs venous varicosis , aided by cauterize with laster on varicose vein and perforating vein under the ulcer surface. after treatment, leg bandage compression was used for 0.5 months, and then changed to elastic stockings for 3~6 months.

对我院共收治的下肢静脉曲张合并慢性溃疡21例患者，均行静脉腔内激光治疗大隐静脉曲张，同时激光烧灼溃疡面下的曲张静脉及交通静脉，术后弹力绷带加压包扎半个月，改穿弹力袜3~6个月。

Firstly, the establishment of model requires sophisticated neurointerventional techniques and costly interventional materials(sacculus, minikin circlip ring, endovascular electrocoagulation), it not only consumed time but also increased the resesrch expense ; Secondly, although the Massoud model is the first successful model that contain the nidus, but it is far from mimicking the high-flow fistulae frequently observed in a brain AVM; Thirdly, the rapid spontaneous thrombosis result in fistula occlusion in a short time;Fouthly, the model's natural course and the long–term patency of fistula are unclear;Currently the model is only used for the short-term research.

但Massoud模型目前存在以下主要缺点：第一，模型的建立需要复杂的神经介入技术和昂贵的介入材料(球囊、微弹簧圈、血管内电凝等)，操作费时，又大大增加了研究费用；第二，Massoud模型虽然首次具备了畸形血管团，但它远不是我们临床上常见的含有高流量动静脉瘘的脑AVM；第三，颈动静脉吻合口自发性血栓形成进而导致引流静脉闭塞的机率很高；第四，Massoud模型的长期自然过程和动静脉吻合口的长期通畅性尚不清楚，目前仅仅作为急性期模型。

To systematicallyinvestigate this landmark, we conducted a study in four phases:1 Two blindfolded examiners determined the distance betweenthe tuberosity's medial border and the clavicle's lateral endin 100 dried clavicles and then 2 performed subclavian veincannulation in 20 fresh human cadavers using the tuberosityand the suprasternal notch as landmarks. 3 Three-dimensionalreconstructions of the subclavian artery and vein and surroundingstructures were derived from computed tomography datasets of10 patients. The length of the path of a virtual subclavianvein cannulation with the deltoid tuberosity landmark was measuredbilaterally. 4 In a prospective, randomized trial, subclavianvein cannulation was performed in 60 patients with a standardapproach or with the deltoid tuberosity as landmark.

Methods: A total of 21 young swines were randomly divided into untreated group, low-dose salvianolate group and high-dose salvianolate group (7 in each group). AMI was induced by ligaturing left anterior descending coronary artery. After the operation, 400 or 200 mg salvianolate dissolved in 250 mL 5% glucose saline was administered by intravenous drip to swines in the HS group and the LS group respectively for 7 days. The swines in the untreated group were administered with 250 mL 5% glucose saline.
