下肢静脉曲张是外科常见的一种疾病，主要表现为下肢浅静脉曲张、疼痛及小腿下段营养障碍性病变，包括皮炎、湿疹、色素沉着和溃疡等，严重影响了患者的生活质量。

RESULTS: The skin flaps were survived completely in 50 cases, only 1 case was necrosis partially and healed after changing dressing. Forty-two cases were followed up for 16 months to 9 years (66 months in average), the varicosis and ulcer were healed in 39 cases and only 3 relapsed in ulceration.

结果 51例术后移植皮片全部成活50例，1例移植皮片部分坏死，经换药愈合。42例获得16个月～9年(平均66个月)随访，39例下肢静脉曲张和溃疡未复发，湿疹痊愈，疗效满意；3例溃疡复发，但未见下肢静脉曲张复发。

Objective:Comparison of the operative result of 103 cases of double lower extremities varicosis with separate or concomitant modified punctuate stripping operation.

将双下肢静脉曲张患者103例随机分为A、B两组，A组分期进行双下肢静脉曲张点式抽剥手术，B组则行同期双下肢静脉抽剥手术，手术方式均为改良的大隐静脉高位结扎加点式抽剥术，并对术后结果进行比较评估。

Portal braches of 4-5 orders were found in all 19 cases of Child Grade I, with esophageal varices and paragastric varices and no fistula of hepatic artety-portal vein or portal vein embolus; Portal braches of 3-4 orders were displayed in all 16 cases of Child Grade II, besides esophageal varices and paragastric varices, cirsomphalos, retroperitoneal varices, paraesophageal varices, dilated azygos vein were also noted, some patients had fistula and portal vein embolus; in Child Grade III, portal branches of 3~4 orders were displayed with more collateral circulations, dilated left renal vein and paragallbladder varices were appeared, with fistula and portal vein embolus or not.

Child I级19例，肝内门静脉显影4~5级，侧枝循环以食管及胃周静脉曲张为主，没有肝动脉－门静脉瘘或门静脉血栓形成；Child Ⅱ级16例，肝内门静脉显影3~4级，侧枝循环除食管及胃周静脉外，脐周静脉、腹膜后静脉、食管周围静脉、奇静脉也有所开放，部分有肝动脉－门静脉瘘或门静脉血栓形成；Child Ⅲ级6例，肝内门静脉显影3~4级，侧枝循环开放较Ⅱ级增多，可出现左肾静脉扩张或胆囊周围静脉曲张，伴或不伴有肝动脉－门静脉瘘或门静脉血栓形成。16排螺旋CT门静脉造影对上述病例分级为一级17例，二级18例，三级6例，与Child分级结果高度相关。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of endovenous laser ablation in the treatment of the varicose greater saphenous veins. Methods EVLA was performed in 38 patients with the varicose greater saphenous vein of 54 lower limbs.

38例54条下肢静脉曲张的患者接受EVLA治疗，所有患者均有明显的浅静脉曲张，同时伴活动后下肢酸胀、疼痛和乏力，18例伴肿胀或色素沉着。

Objective To assess the value of ultrasonography and gastroscopy in diagnosis of gastric dundal varices in cirrhosis of hepatitis patients. Methods There 46 cirrhosis cases with gastric fundal carices were examined wtj color Doppler flow image and telegastroscopy. The diameter of vein was measured and blood flow signal was determined.

目的 探讨经腹彩色普勒超声诊断胃底静脉曲张的应用价值方法使用彩色多普勒超声及电子胃镜检查46例肝炎后肝硬化胃底静脉曲张患者，观察粘膜层血流情况及测量曲张静脉直径，并与胃镜进行对照分析。
