Results The choroid plexus, hypophysis, area postrema and pineal body, namely, circumventricular organs and ependyma as well as pia mater layers were stained by the HRP reaction products.The HRP reaction products were observed in the tissue space of membrane mucosa nasi, around the fila olfactoria and venules, and within the venules under the light microscopy and electron microscopy, also. Scintillation count showed that the radioactivity of the CVOs was higher than that of the background. The radioautography showed that the scattered grains of silver existed within the cells of neurocyte layer also.

结果 在脑室周围器官及脑室周围室管膜、软脑膜层有HRP反应产物的聚集，在鼻中隔的鼻粘膜下组织间隙、嗅丝周围间隙及静脉周围和管腔内也可见到HRP反应产物；液闪计数显示，大白鼠的脉络丛、脑垂体、最后区、松果体等脑室周围器官放射性活度明显高于本底；放射自显影显示大白鼠脑组织神经层细胞内有散在分布的银颗粒。

The results obtained are as follows:(1) injection of 50, 100, and 200 nmol/kg adenosine into the renal artery increased the renal afferent nerve activity in a dose-dependent manner with unchanged arterial pressure;(2) pretreatment with 8-cyclopenthl -1,3-dipropylxanthine (DPCPX, 160 nmol/kg), an adenosine A1 receptor antagonist, partly abolished the effect of adenosine; and (3) pretreatment with a nitric oxide synthase inhibitor N w-nitro- L -arginine methylester (L -NAME, 0.1 mmol/kg) significantly enhanced the ARNA response to adenosine.

结果表明：(1)肾动脉内注射50， 100和200 nmol/kg腺苷可呈剂量依赖性地兴奋肾神经传入纤维的活动，而动脉血压不变。(2)肾动脉内预先应用选择性腺苷A1受体阻断剂DPCPX (160 nmol/kg)，可部分阻断腺苷对肾神经传入纤维的兴奋作用。(3)静脉应用一氧化氮合酶抑制剂 L -NAME(0.1 mmol/kg)预处理，延长并增强了肾神经传入纤维对腺苷的反应。

在移植肾动脉狭窄动脉模型建立前后进行CDFI扫查，观察移植肾动脉及移植肾内各级动脉的彩色血流充盈情况，重点观察移植肾动脉人为狭窄处有无五彩镶嵌的高速彩色血流信号，并获取移植肾动脉人为狭窄处及肾动脉主干肾门处以及移植肾各级动脉的频谱，选取的测定指标包括：PSV、EDV、RI；经外周静脉注入造影剂，开启造影程序，采集并存贮造影剂开始注入至造影剂在移植肾动脉及移植肾内完全消失的连续动态声像图。

Results: The light microscope pictures of group A(no ［α-32P］ ATP in the perfusate) showed that there was no specially labeled silver pellet in or out of rat liver cell. But the light microscope pictures of group B (37 MBq ［α- 32P］ATP in the perfusate) showed that distribution of numerous ［α-32P］ATP autoradiographic silver pellets in rat liver cell, and no autoradiographic silver pellet was found in the hepatic sinus and vessel.

结果：灌流液中不加［α-32P］ATP的A组光镜照片显示大鼠肝细胞内外均未见特异性标记银粒显影，而灌流液中含37 MBq［α-32P］ATP的B组光镜照片显示大鼠肝细胞内可见多个大小不等的［α-32P］ATP自显影银粒分布，而肝窦及肝小叶中央静脉等血管内则几乎无黑色自显影银粒分布。

Personality traits were evaluated by Eysency Personality Questionnaire that was compiled by Eysency and revised by Gong.
