This paper explains meaning and influencing factors of interface effectiveness and structures estimated index system and model of interface effectiveness, which contributes to change the mechanism of corporations' interface management, to abandon static isolated view of interface manage, to treat more the question of interface management from the course of technological innovation; not only to pay close attention to the whole goals and innovative goal of corporations, but else to pay close attention to interface harmony and balance, thus to create a kind of positive good innovative atmosphere; not only to pay attention to the interface of an innovative project, but to pay attention to the continuity and crossing between innovative projects.

本文阐述了企业创新界面有效性的涵义及影响因素并构建了测度界面有效性的指标体系和模型，有助于改变企业界面管理的机制，摒弃静态、孤立的界面管理观点，更多地从技术创新的过程去看待管理界面的问题；不仅仅关注企业的整体目标和创新目标，更要关注界面的和谐与平衡，从而创造一种积极的、良好的创新气氛；不但重视一个创新项目的界面，更要重视创新项目之间的连续性和交叉性。

A down-converting mixer fabricated with 0.18μm RF CMOS technology is designed for OFDM-UWB applications.Differing from conventional Gilbert cell topology,a differential topology is proposed and applied in order to reduce the noise contribution and disturbance from the large signal of the local oscillation,as well as to lower the DC consumption of the mixer.

The control principle of electrostatic shaping was introduced according to the balance between electrostatic force and resulting force formed by membrane deformation and the complex shaping process of SMEC. Then, taking the trisection circularity electrode for an example, the distribution characteristic of electric potential in the electrostatic field was analyzed, namely, the expression of potential function in the electrostatic field was deduced by Laplacian equation. And then, by combining the difference equation with electric potential expression, the numerical solutions of electrostatic force in single electrode mode and trisection circularity electrode mode were disposed. Finally, the calculated figure was compared with the ideal paraboloid and comparison shows that more accuracy would be achieved by multi-electrode control.

根据静电力与薄膜变形载荷作用力之间的平衡关系和静电拉伸薄膜反射镜成形的复杂过程，介绍了薄膜反射镜静电成形的控制原理；以三等分环状电极为例，分析了静电场中空间电势分布特性，即从拉普拉斯方程推导出静态场势函数的表达式；然后，利用差分与电势方程结合的方法，对单电极电场力和三等分环状电极电场力进行了数值求解；最后，将计算面形与理想抛物面进行了比较，结果显示，单电极情况下得到的薄膜反射镜面形不是理想抛物面，若采用多电极控制可获得更高的控制精度。

The adsorption of Lutetium on the peat is studied under static conditions. The adsorption ratio and adsorption rate for Lutetium onto peat are so high that the surface complex reaction reaches equilibrium. The adsorption of Lutetium is not pH and ion strength dependent. The kinetic process of adsorption can be described by the Elovich equation excellently among five kinds of classical kinetic models, and the adsorption isotherm fits both the Langmuir equation and Freundlich equation very well by means of regression analyses.

静态条件下泥煤对溶液中Lu(上标 3+)的吸附率较高，而且吸附速度较快，镥与泥煤能迅速发生表面络合反应达到平衡。pH值和离子强度对低浓度镥吸附动力学影响不大。5个经典动力学方程中Elovich方程能较优地描述泥煤吸附Lu(上标 3+)的过程。
