According to the differentia fragments, we clustering analyzed the 10 major kinds of southernwoods by utilizing WPGMA approach. However, there was no distinctly relativity between the artemisinin contents and diversity of AFLP analysis and just can distinguish, southernwood of Youyang county from Shapingba and Beipo in producing area which still illuminated that the heredity differentia of southernwood presented itself obviously in different area.

研究结果表明：不同的青蒿株系青蒿素含量不同，栽培株系和色茎株系青蒿素含量较高；进一步的AFLP分析表明引物组合EA04-MC05和EA01-MC01分别在高产青蒿株系和茎色青蒿株系中均能扩增出一条特异性条带；根据AFLP差异带，用WPGMA法对10个主要青蒿类型进行聚类分析，结果没有得到与青蒿素含量的明确关联，只是从产地上将酉阳青蒿与北碚、沙坪坝青蒿区分，说明不同地区青蒿的遗传差异较大。

The ED50 and ED90 of QHS are (10.2±1.3) and (29.0±2.7) mg/kg/d respectively; and those of QHH (Qinghaosu:Qinghao acid:Qinghao B:Scopoletin=1:1:1:1) are (12.6±1.1) and (47.0±5.7) mg/kg/d respectively.

将青蒿素、青蒿酸、青蒿乙素、东莨菪内酯按1：1：1：1混合得到QHH，其ED50和ED90分别为(12.6±1.1)mg/kg/d和(47.0±5.7)mg/kg/d。

Results Excepting Qinghaosu 50mg/kg/d group, The murine auricle weight difference of left and right 24hours after stimulation, the infiltration of mononuclear cell, the level of Interferon-gamma in serum and the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule 1(ICAM-1) were significantly decreased in the other groups of different concentrations of Qinghaosu, FK506 and Qinghaosu combined with FK506, as compared with control group, and the effect of Qinghaosu was related to the dosage within a certain dosage range.

结果 除青蒿素50mg／kg／d剂量外，青蒿素其它各剂量组、FK506与青蒿素联合用药组及FK506组与对照组比较，对照组的耳片肿胀程度、单一核细胞浸润程度、IFN-γ及ICAM-1的表达水平均明显高于其它各组，且有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。青蒿素在一定剂量范围内有一定的量效关系。
