Methods:Phacoemulsification and implantation with foldable and rigid intraocular lens were performed on 41 eyes with a preexisted filtering bleb,and a clear corneal or scleral tunnel incision was selected.

32例 (4 1只眼)抗青光眼滤过术后的白内障患者，采用上方透明角膜隧道切口和避开滤过泡的巩膜隧道切口行白内障超声乳化吸除，植入折叠式人工晶状体 2 4只眼，硬性人工晶状体 17只眼。

Objective To investigate the differences of optic disk and retinal blood supply in primary open angle glaucoma and normal eyes.

目的 探讨原发性开角型青光眼患者和正常人视盘及其周边视网膜血液供应是否存在差异。

Results 706 soldiers（3.47%） had oculopathy who didn't met the standard of health examination.57 soldiers（8.67%） had oculopathy among 658 recruits who did myoporthosis operation;649 soldiers（3.30%） had oculopathy among 19662 recruits who didn't do the operation.and the morbidity of the sight unqualified,complication of operation,eye bottom disease and glaucoma was higher than those who didn't do myoporthosis operation.the contrast of the two had striking statistical meaning.

结果 706人（3.47%）发现眼部疾患，均不符合军人体检标准。其中行近视矫正手术658名新兵中，57人（8.67%）发现眼部疾患；未行近视矫正手术19662名新兵中，649人（3.30%）发现眼部疾病。并且，还发现行近视矫正手术的新兵在视力不合格、手术并发症、眼底疾病以及青光眼等疾病方面的患病率明显高于未行近视手术的新兵，二者对比有显著的统计学差异。

Results The morbidity of obvious oculopathy was 3.47%, and the main diseases included unqualified sight and color feel, ptosis, disease of cornea, acute uveitis, external injury cataract, eye bottom disease, glaucoma, et al.

结果 眼部明显异常的占3.47%，不符合军人体检标准，主要包括视力及色觉不合格、上睑下垂、角膜疾病、急性色素膜炎、外伤性白内障、眼底疾病、青光眼等；眼部有潜在疾病隐患的占5.18%，主要包括急性结膜炎、干眼症、陈旧性色素膜炎、周边视网膜格子样变性及蜗牛迹变性。
