On Jun. 15, 1975, Liuba M6.2 earthquake in Kangding occurred on the fault. The macro-epicenter located at Shuobu-Moda, Liuba county. The direction of long axis of meizoseismal area is same as that of Yunongxi fault trend. The occurrence of the earthquake is resulted from the newest activity of the fault.
