根据蒸发方程，可以模拟进入ICP的气溶胶粒子蒸发的程度，从而计算出实验上很难测定的有用质量传输速率Wu。本文通过Monte Carlo方法模拟了不同浓度的溶液、不同溶剂以及不同的载气流量、进样速度和雾化器的结构尺寸等变化对Wu的影响情况，并与实验结果进行比较，证明了模拟结果的可靠性，并依此选择最佳操作条件和雾化器的结构尺寸。

本文第四章对三种气泡雾化喷嘴的流量特性进行了实验研究，得到了气液比、混合腔压力、出口长径比、出口收敛段锥角、液体粘度和表面张力等对流量特性的影响关系。并拟合出了流量系数的无量纲关系式。这些结果可供气泡雾化喷嘴的设计参考。
