ABSTRACT 1. Effects of cycloheximide and cytochalasin B on the parthenogenetic development of buffalo oocytes were investigated.

Methods:(1) The two-sided ovary of female animal and the two-sided testicle of male animal were excised. After the XLGBC to treat 28 days, the estradiol and the teststerone of serum were checked;(2) With intramuscular injection the Hydrocortisone,the Yangxu animals was made. After the XLGBC to treat 10 days, the testicle coefficient,the spermathecal gland coefficient and the ovary coefficient were observed;(3) With ig the Thyroid tablets and the Reserpine, the Yinxu animal was made. After the XLGBC to treat 10 days, the testicle coefficient,the spermathecal gland coefficient and the ovary coefficient were observed.

（1）雌性动物摘除双侧卵巢，雄性动物摘除双侧睾丸，复制成去势动物模型后予仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗28天，检测血清雌二醇和血清睾酮；（2）肌注氢化可的松，复制成阳虚动物模型后予仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗10天，观测并计算动物的睾丸系数、精囊腺系数和卵巢系数；（3）灌胃甲状腺片和利血平，复制成阴虚动物模型后予仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗10天，观测并计算动物的睾丸系数、精囊腺系数和卵巢系数。

Methods: Both 58 simple obese male adolescents and 46 normal-weight controls were subjected to exam the natural lengths of penis, mean volume of testes, the first time of spermatorrhea, pubic hair stage. The levels of luteinizint hormone, follicle-stimulating hormone, total testosterone, estradiol (E 2), PRL and fasting insulin concentrations in serum were detected by RIA.

Results: Unlike Sc from pubertal rats, Sc from pseudopubertal monkeys constitutiely aromatized testosterone to estradiol and produced large amounts of lactate without FSH stimulation.

Methods Human luteinized granulosa cells were isolated from follicular fluid obtained during oocyte retrieval of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer program and were cultured with M199 medium plus various concentration of leptin (0, 10, 30, 100, 300 ng/ml),human menopausal gonadotropin (hMG, 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.5, 1, 2, 5, 10 IU/ml) and testosterone 100 μg/ml. For 2 days the media were collected for estradiol and progesterone measurements.

方法将来自体外受精-胚胎移植的卵巢黄素化颗粒细胞纯化后，在不同浓度瘦素(0、10、30、100、300 ng/ml)和人绝经期促性腺激素（hMG，0、0.1、0.2、0.5、1、2、5、10 IU/ml）单独或联合作用下进行体外培养，收集培养液，采用放射免疫方法测定颗粒细胞产生雌二醇及孕酮的量。
