MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The restoration of estrous cycle was evaluated by observing vaginal smears and measuring serum oestradiol and progesterone levels. Histological observation was carried on transplanted ovaries.

主要观察指标：通过阴道脱落细胞的观察和血清雌二醇、孕酮的测定了解大鼠内分泌恢复情况，并对移植卵巢进行组织学观察。

RESULTS: 52.17% of the rats in fresh embryo transfer group and 38.01% in frozen embryo transfer group resulted in restoration of regular estrous cyclic activity. Serum oestradiol and progesterone levels became normal on day 35 and day 49 after transplantation.

结果：新鲜移植组和冷冻移植组分别有52.17%和38.01%大鼠恢复了动情周期，两组血清雌二醇和孕酮在分别在35和49 d恢复到正常，且动情周期天数与正常对照组比较，差异无显著性意义。

Methods According to the oestradiol level on progesterone initiation day, 279 hormone replacement-frozen embryo transfer cycles were grouped into three groups (group 1, percentile 0-25th; group 2, percentile 26th-75th; group 3, percentile 76th-100th).

按照激素替代-冻融胚胎移植患者黄体酮开始注射日血清雌二醇质量浓度的百分位数，将279个周期进行分组（组1百分位数为0～25，组2为26～75，组3为76～100）。

The concentration of progesterone(P4 ),17β-oestradiol (E 2 )and luteining hormonein the peripheral serum of white Xiang pigs was measured by radioimmunoassaythroughout the whole oestrous cycle.

The results showed that the main pathogenic bacteria ledlocal cows to endometritis were streptococcus,the next,Escherichia coli,staphylococcus and pseudomonas aeruginosa.NFPL could quickly reduce thenumber of the bacteria in uterus,and strongerly inhibit these bacteria in vitro.NFPL could excit the uterus,which occurred in enlarging contractionamplitude.NFPL could lower abnormal high content of progesterone and raiseabnormal low oestradiol.

结果表明，引起本地奶牛子宫内膜炎的主要致病菌是链球菌，其次是大肠埃希氏杆菌，葡萄球菌，绿脓杆菌；新促孕液能能迅速减少病牛子宫内细菌的数量，在体外对这些细菌也有较强的抑制作用；新促孕液对兔子宫有明显的兴奋性作用，主要表现在收缩波幅的加大；新促孕液能降低病牛血清异常升高的孕酮含量，升高异常降低的雌二醇含量。

The changing trend of progesterone during oestrous cycle resembles with that during the first 14d of early pregnancy. Its content reaches the peak value at lOd after oestrus and then declines. The estradiol peak appears at 3d of oestrous cycle, and the level rises again before oestrus. The concentration of LH declines after oestrus. The level of follicle stimulating hormone reaches the peak value at lOd after oestrus (2.40mIU/ml).

发情周期：民猪发情周期孕酮的含量与妊娠早期14天内的变化极其相似，在发情后第10天达峰值，而后开始下降；雌二醇水平在发情后第3天出现高峰，下次发情前开始升高；促黄体素在发情当天达最高水平，然后开始下降；促卵泡素在发情后的第10天达到峰值(2.40mIU/ml)。

The testing methods and targets were shown as below:Recorded milk weights from the 7th day postpartum to 15th day postpartum,and calculate the average day-milk yield;Milk samples were draw in 7th day and 14th day postpartum,and testing the milk fat,milk lactose,milk protein,milk Zn and the milk somatic cell counts;Blood samples were adopted at the 7th day postpartum,testing the levels of serum PRL; Blood samples adopted at the 1st day and the 12th day in oestrous cycle were used to test the levels of E_2 and P_4 in serum;In the experimental stage, registering the condition of parturition, the mean birth weight of calves,the first oestrus,the oestrus scycle postpartum and the conception rate of the first service after artificial insemination.

试验方法及所测指标如下：于产后第七天到第十四天记录日产奶量，最后计算每组平均日产奶量；每组随机抽取分娩后第七天、第十四天的奶样，测定乳糖、乳蛋白、乳脂、乳锌含量及乳体细胞数；于产后第七天，随机采取奶牛血样，测定血清中PRL含量；于发情周期的当天和第12天，随机采取血样，测定血清中雌二醇(Estradiol，E2)和孕酮(Progesterone，P)的浓度；记录奶牛的分娩情况、犊牛初生重、产后第一次发情日期、产后发情周期，并采用人工授精技术进行受精，记录第一情期受胎率，最后取平均值，作为衡量奶牛繁殖性能的指标。
