Abstract］ Objective To explore the effect of female impuberal rat's the estrogen in the serum and the expression of the estrogen receptor in the ovary and uterus caused by multi-glycosides of triptergium wilfordii and the procreative damage by GTW.

目的 研究雷公藤多苷对雌性幼鼠血清雌激素(E2)含量和卵巢雌激素受体表达的影响以及对成年后生育力的影响。

METHODS: Thirty six SD female rats were randomly separated into 3 groups (n=12 in each one) according to the infarction duration (1, 3, 28 d), which were randomly and evenly again separated into 2 subgroups: operated group and sham operated group. The levels of mRNA expression of ACE2 in the noninfarct and infract area of left ventricle 1, 3, 28 d after AMI were detected by RT PCR and analyzed semi quantitatively by image analysis system.

将36只SD雌性大鼠按时间段随机分为3组（每组12只），每组再随机分为假手术组、手术组2个亚组（每组6只），应用RT PCR方法检测大鼠AMI后1，3，28 d左心室梗死区及非梗死区心肌ACE2 mRNA的表达，并以图像分析系统对其进行半定量分析。

Methods Seventy-eight adult female PVGrats were divided into experimental group (n=60) and control group (n=18), intraneural injection technique was used to supply three kinds of NO donors with different half-life(DETA NONOate, DPTANONOate and Spermine NONOate) or saline into the rat sciatic nerve subperineurally under light microscope. At the 1th,2th,3th,7th,and 14th day of duration after sciatic nerve injection, a segment of injected sciatic nerve was taken out and embedded it in TAAB resin after tissue processing.
