Methodwe divided 50nih female miceinto 5 groups randomly (10 per group). they were normal control goop,model control group ,treating group (3 groups).

Compared with the control group,after ig125 mg/(kg·d sasanqua saponin sterilant for 4 weeks,(92.1%) alive sperm and(52.6%) sperm motility on male mice could be obviously reduced,and(64.0%) gravidity rate and(67.4%) alive embryo on female mice could be significantly decreased.

与生理盐水对照组比较，125 mg/油茶皂素不育剂灌胃给药4周后，可以明显降低雄性小鼠的活精子数(92.1%)和精子活力(52.6%)，可以显著减少雌性小鼠的妊娠率(64.0%)和活胎数(67.4%)。
