Capillary electrophoresis separation and determination of the sex hormones, estriol, 17βestradiol, estrone, corticosterone, testosterone and progesterone were examined, using SDS and βcyclodextrin as Trisboate running buffer additive.

本文采用加入表面活性剂SDS和β环糊精的Tris 硼酸作为电泳溶液体系，对毛细管电泳法分离测定雌三醇，雌二醇，雌酮，皮质酮，睾酮和孕酮等六种天然性激素的条件进行了探讨。

Results: The proportional volume, numerical density of the granules in ovariotomy group were less than those in sham-ovariotomy and ovariotomy estradiol groups (P.001); the proportional volume and numerical density of ASG in myocardial cells almost came back to the normal level with small dose estradiol; along with the enhancement of estradiol dosage, the content of ASG in myocardial cells was more than those in sham-ovariotomy and small dose estradiol group (P.01), and showed a quantity-efficiency relation.

结果：切除大鼠双侧卵巢后，心房特殊颗粒的体密度和数密度与对照组及用雌二醇组比较明显减少(P＜0.01)，小剂量雌二醇可使大鼠心肌细胞心房特殊颗粒的体密度和数密度恢复到正常水平，随剂量增加，心肌细胞心房特殊颗粒的量也伴随增加，呈量效关系。

In the pH=7.00 phosphate buffer solution, the ethinylestradiol's electrical behavior has been studied in a detailsed way at the MWNT /graphite modified electrode. The results show that: the ethinylestradiol can generate a sensitive oxidation peak at about +0.550V on the MWNT /graphite modified electrode. The oxidative peak curent was linear to diethyl stilbestrol concentration over the range from 1.00×10-6 to 2.00×10-4 mol/L , the linear regression equation was ip= 2.4144+4.55×104cmol/L, the detection limit was 3.00×10-7 mol/L . The oxidation of ethinylestradiol was attributed to adsorption controlling process at MWNT /graphit modified electrode.

在pH=7.00的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中，利用MWNT/石墨修饰电极详细研究了乙炔雌二醇的电化学行为，结果表明：阳极扫描过程中，乙炔雌二醇在+0.550V出现一个灵敏氧化峰，该氧化峰电流与其浓度在1.00×10-6～2.00×10-4 mol/L的浓度范围内有良好的线性关系，线性回归方程为：ip= 4.14+4.55×104c，回归系数为：0.997，检测限为3.00×10-7 mol/L。

Comparative studies of electroactive components and voltammetric behaviors different between the MCF-7 cell without estrogen and the MCF-7 cell with estrogen showed that the concentration of the guanine and xanthine bases in the cytoplasm decreased, which resulted in the decrease of secretion ability of the MCF-7 cell without estrogen decreased, and these result in the decreasing of the voltammetric response of the cells, impling that the cell vaibility decreases.

结果发现，去激素MCF-7细胞质中的黄嘌呤和鸟嘌呤浓度降低，使细胞分泌黄嘌呤和鸟嘌呤能力降低，导致细胞和细胞质的伏安信号减弱，说明去激素MCF-7细胞的活性下降；研究了标准雌激素雌二醇、环境雌激素壬基酚和双酚A对去激素培养的MCF-7细胞增殖的影响，发现其均存在剂量-效应关系和时间-效应关系，并且雌激素效应由大到小的顺序为：雌二醇＞壬基酚＞双酚A；同时使用3-(4，5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2，5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide法验证了电化学法评价雌激素效应的可靠性。

Results: Breast pain: Thirty two women (60.4％) experienced cyclicpremenstrual mastalgia, lasting 4 days. Average serum 〓 level and serum progesteronelevel of women with cyclic breast pain in luteal phase were higher than that of womenwithout breast pain.

乳房胀疼者(41.3±45.9pg／ml)血清雌二醇水平明显高于无乳房胀疼者(18.5±20.6pg／ml)，P＜0.01.236名绝经后妇女中仍有12.5％(29／232)有乳房症状，其中75.9％(22／29)为绝经1-5年的绝经后妇女，乳房胀疼者(24.3±27.1pg／ml)与无乳房胀疼者(21.3±25.8pg／ml)的血清雌二醇没有显著差异，P＞0.05。

METHODS: Meibomian glands were obtained from young adult, ovariectomized mice that were administered 17beta-estradiol, progesterone, 17beta-estradiol plus progesterone, or vehicle for 14 days.
