Abjective To explore the protective effect and its mechanism of 17β-estradiol on sciatic nerve injury of rats,and to provide experiment base for clinical application of these factors.

目的 探讨预先应用17β-雌二醇对大鼠坐骨神经损伤的治疗作用，进一步探究雌激素对周围神经损伤后再生修复的可能机制，为周围神经损伤的临床治疗提供实验依据。

Objective: To investigate the effect of Activin A-follistatin on steroidogenesis of frozen-thawed human fetal ovary in vitro.

目的：研究组织培养条件下冻融人胎儿卵巢雌二醇(E2)的分泌及激活素A和卵泡抑素对E2分泌的影响。

Methods : To study the therapeutic effect of Shubuhuo on 30 case of Hyperplasia of M- ammary Gland after three months,including the improving of clinical symptom and the size of adenoncus of the mammary gland.The Sex hormones of lood was evaluated by radioimmunoassay,including serum estrogen(E2)、progestogen、prolactin,T-cell tubgroup(CD3、CD4) was evaluated by flow cytometry,to find the diffence between pretherapy and post-treatment in luteal.

运用疏补活汤治疗30例乳腺增生病患者3个月(1个疗程)后，观察其临床疗效，包括治疗前后患者临床症状的改善以及乳腺近红外线扫描确定乳房肿块大小的变化；在治疗前后于患者黄体期用放射免疫测定法检测血清性激素水平的变化，包括雌二醇（estrogen，E2）、孕激素（progestogen，P）、泌乳素（prolactin，PRL），同时用流式细胞仪检测治疗前后细胞免疫功能（T细胞亚群CD3、CD4）的变化。

Results All cases became amenorrheic during GnRH-α therapy. The enlarged uteri all decreased to normal or near normal size. Menstruation returned in 80～90 days after cessation of treatment. Three cases conceived within four menstrual periods. One of them resulted in the birth of a healthy 3 150 g male at 38 weeks gestation by cesarean section. The second pregnancy resulting after adenomyomectomy was terminated by emergent cesarean section at 30 weeks gestation because of threatened rupture of uterus. The third is now normal at 28 weeks pregnancy .The fourth has had 2 menstrual periods and is still being followed up.

结果 GnRH-α用药期间4例均闭经，血雌二醇于用药的第3周降到绝经期水平；用药6次后增大的子宫缩小至正常或接近正常。1例子宫后壁局限性腺肌瘤未行手术切除者，用药后腺肌瘤缩小73.7%。3例于腹腔镜术后、停药转经的4个月内妊娠；另1例停药转经2个月，现在随访中。3例妊娠转归：1例足月剖宫产分娩；1例手术切除肌壁间腺肌瘤者，孕30周时因先兆子宫破裂急诊行剖宫产术；1例目前孕22周。

METHODS: The pregnant mice were administered by oral gavage with MXC at different doses of 0, 20, 100 and 200 mg/kg during day 12-17 of pregnancy. Meanwhile, other pregnant mice as a control group were gavaged sesame oil solvent in the same manner. The changes in body mass and number of corpora lutea of the pregnant mice were observed; and the body mass and anogenital distance of their F1 foetuses were recorded, too. The concentrations of estradiol (E2 ) and progesterone in sera of the pregnant mice were determined using radioimmunoassay.

将交配成功的雌鼠于孕12～17 d每日给予不同剂量的MXC(0，20，100，200 mg/kg)灌胃，并设芝麻油溶剂为对照组，观察各组孕鼠体质量和黄体等计数测定，同时观察各组F1子代仔鼠的体质量和肛门生殖器距离等，采用放射免疫法检测孕鼠血清雌二醇(E2)和孕酮含量。

The expression of Bax and Bcl-2 in cerebellum cortex and bathypelagic nuclei of the ovariectomized SD rat were up-regulated and down-regulated respectively, and the expression of the 2 proteins was regulated to normal after the rats were treated with 17β-estradiol.

结果显示，摘除双侧卵巢后，SD大鼠小脑皮质及深层核团中Bcl-2的表达有不同程度的降低，而Bax的表达出现不同程度的上升；给予外源性17β-雌二醇治疗后，2种蛋白的比例基本恢复正常。
