Starlite Forwarding Service Ltd. was established in Hong Kong in 1982. At the beginning of the paper, a literature review on the domestic and abroad researches of Container Terminal logistics system is provided introducing some computer simulating model technology apply case on Container Terminal logistics system on the domestic and abroad; secondly this article introduce the element and characteristics of Container Terminal operation system ,specially operation flow , controlling principle (including gate testing principle, ship controlling principle , quay operating principle , yard I/O operating principle , yard running system),followed by quality evaluating index and empiristic formulas of Container Terminal .

本文首先回顾了国内外集装箱码头物流系统的研究动态，介绍了国内外计算机仿真技术在集装箱码头物流系统仿真中的应用情况，然后介绍了集装箱码头作业系统的组成和特点，以及其装卸工艺、作业流程、操作原则(包括大门检查箱作业原则、船舶调度管理原则、码头前沿操作原则、堆场存取箱作业管理原则、堆场管理系统)，接着介绍集装箱码头系统的性能评价指标和码头通过能力经验公式及出入口车道数计算，并结合天津港集装箱码头物流系统的特点，系统地介绍了天津港集装箱码头的基本组成、布局、装卸工艺、作业流程后，评估了集装箱码头物流系统的相关性能指标，并结合实际码头的历史数据，介绍一些相关的经验公式。

The results show that the air crossing pressure pulse magnitude of the container generated in the tunnel is 3.46 times that generated in open air when container flat wagon at the speed of 160 km/h passed by EMU moving at the same speed. Both the lateral force and overturning moment of the container train during the crossing induced in open air and tunnel are approximately proportional to the square of running speed of the passing train. The pressure of crossing side and uncrossing side for the container flat wagon is almost equal since the one-dimensional characteristic of pressure distributing induced in the tunnel is not faintish. Consequently, the value of the lateral force and overturning moment of the container train generated in open air is greater than that generated in the tunnel, about 1.1 times.

研究结果表明：集装箱平车以160 km/h的速度与动车组等速交会时，在隧道内会车时车载集装箱中部压力变化幅值是在明线会车时的3.46倍；在明线和隧道内会车时，集装箱列车受到的侧向力和侧滚力矩均与交会列车运行速度近似成平方关系；因隧道内压力分布一维特性较强，集装箱平车交会侧与非交会侧压力相差并不大，因此，在明线会车时集装箱平车受到的侧向力和侧滚力矩均比隧道会车时的大，大约是其1.1倍。

Based on a study of the influencing factors to ports throughputs, this paper analyzes the relationship between the factors and the throughputs, used the linear regression prediction models to forecast the throughput of nationwide, so the coastal ports can be achieved, then based on the relations of the whole and the part, we can got the throughput of Tianjin, Dalian and Qingdao port; in addition, this text choused to use three models of trend extrapolation model , and made the detailed introduction to these three model"s principles, e.g. the Logistic growth curve Model, grey system model and exponential smoothing model to Predict the Tianjin, Dalian and Qingdao ports" throughput, compared these results, got three ports throughput in 2007 and 2010 years.

并在此基础上，通过整体与局部的关系，再预测环渤海港口群中的天津、大连和青岛港的货物及集装箱吞吐量；另外，本文还选用了趋势外推法中的三个预测模型，并对这三个模型原理作了详细的介绍，然后引用&逻辑斯谛生长函数&模型预测了天津、大连和青岛港集装箱吞吐量；用指数平滑和灰色系统模型预测这三港的货物及集装箱吞吐量；最后，通过分析比较这些模型的预测结果，得出三港在2007和2010年货物及集装箱吞吐量预测结果。

For the winner determination problem in combinatorial auction of container shipping service , a general optimization model is set up and modified by introducing quality attribute parameters of container shipping service and constraints of shipping volume etc .
