Some abnormal enrichment can be seen by 18F-FDG PET/CT. The largest SUV is 1.0～22.3. Radioactivity intussuscept can be seen by 11C-MET and PET-CT, and SUV is 0.5～4.9. Vessel bunch is available by CT enhancement scan that can clear the borderline of lession. Sublobe,spicule sign,depressed pleura,and bronchia obstruction can be seen by HRCT.

结果 62例肺癌患者中，中央型肺癌7例，周围型肺癌55例，明确诊断59例，诊断率95.16%。18F-FDG PET/CT检查见病灶有不同程度放射性异常浓聚，最大SUV1.0～22.3； 11C-MET PET/CT检查的病灶均见不同程度放射性摄取，SUV0.5～4.9；CT增强扫描病灶边界清晰，明显强化，可见血管"集束征"， HRCT检查见病灶有分叶、毛刺征、胸膜凹陷征及支气管阻断。

结果：28例周围型小肺癌的主要CT表现：全部为孤立结节，25例有分叶征、21例边缘毛糙、13例有空泡征和细支气管充气征、15例有血管集束征、20例有胸膜凹陷征、5例有病灶胸膜侧模糊影。

Results among 17 cases , malignant disease is 12 cases , benign disease is 5 cases ,in malignant disease adenocar-cinoma is 8 cases and squamous-cinoma is 2 cases ,in benign disease tuberculosis is 3 cases , inflammation node is 2 cases , the common CT signs included lobulation sign (14 cases),pleural tail sign 7 cases ,vessel convergence (8 cases ),and spiculation (14 cases),with inhomogeneous (13 cases).

结果：17例病变中恶性病例12例，良性病例5例，恶性病变中腺癌8例，鳞癌2例，转移癌2例，良性病变中结核3例，炎性结节2 例CT征象包括分叶征14例，胸膜凹陷征7例，血管集束征8例，毛刺征14例，密度不均匀者13例。

Peripheral Lung Cancer Imaging and signs of MVD and VEGF expression are closely related to, when the tumor diameter greater than 3cm, appeared lobulation, spine-like processes, pleural indentation, vascular convergence sign, mediastinal lymph node metastasis and pleural effusion, such as signs, suggesting that tumor may have a higher degree of malignancy.

周围型肺癌的影像学征象与VEGF和MVD表达密切相关，当肿瘤直径大于3cm，出现分叶征、棘状突起、胸膜凹陷征、血管集束征、纵隔淋巴结转移及胸腔积液等征象，提示肿瘤可能有较高的恶性程度。

CT表现为斑片状、小结节状、轻度分叶状肿块，小毛刺、血管集束征、胸膜凹陷征，大多直径在1.5～2 cm。
