MATERIALS: The donor mice were the male F1 hybridism mice of cleaning inbred strain C57BL/6 and BALB/c mice or the cleaning C57BL/6 mice. The recipient was the cleaning female inbred strain BALB/c mice. These mice were used for establishing leukemia models.

材料：供鼠为清洁级近交系C57BL/6小鼠和C57BL/6小鼠与BALB/c 小鼠杂交的雄性F1小鼠，受鼠为清洁级近交系雌性BALB/c小鼠，用于构建白血病小鼠模型。

Methods: Fifty-five male adult SD rats were randomly divided into a normal control group, a saline control group and a heroin dependence group. Heroin-dependent rat models were set up by subcutaneous injection of heroin and the hypophysis were excised on the 10, 17, 24, 31, and 38 days after models were set up. Immunohistochemical SABC method, imagine analysis, and radioimmunoassay were used in the research.
