The inheritance and variation of the biological characters including colony morphology, growth rate, homothallism, pathogenicity, metalaxyl-resistance and antheridium attachment mode of Phytophthora boehmeriae Sawada, the important homothallic Phytophthora species causing cotton and ramie blights in China, were reporteed in this paper.

本文首次对引致我国棉花、苧麻疫病的重要同宗配合疫霉种——苧麻疫霉的菌落形态、生长速率、同宗配合特性、致病力、对甲霜灵抗性以及雄器着生位置等生物学性状的遗传与变异进行了较系统的研究。

Observing the mature embryo sac of the mutant: It was found thatthe embyo sac appeared in typical polygonum type and more than 90% of the embryo sac hadintegral inner structure. They had egg apparatus, two polar nucleus and three antipodal cells , and their position in the embryonic sac was normal .

幼穗分化、成熟胚囊观察发现，90％以上的胚囊具有完整的内部结构，有卵器、两个极核及多个反足细胞，且位置正常，胚囊呈现典型的蓼型结构；同时还观察到雌、雄器官的发育是同步的。

The results showed that the reproductive system of female adult was constituted by a pair of ovaries, a pair of lateral oviducts, median oviduct, bursa copulatrix, spermatheca, genital chamber and ovipositor. The reproductive system of male adult was constituted by a pair of testes, a pair of vas deferens, a pair of male accessory glands, ejaculatory duct and penis.

结果表明：雌成虫的生殖系统由1对卵巢、1对输侧输卵管、中输卵管、交配囊、受精囊、生殖腔和产卵器组成；雄成虫生殖系统由睾丸、1对输精管、1对附腺、射精管和阳茎组成。

The morphology of sensillumtrichodea does not differ between sexes and species,but the number anddensity differ significantly.The ultrastructure of two types of antennal sensillum,sensillumtrichodea and sensillum chaetica was investigated in males of Ancylissativa Liu with transmission electron microscope.

在七种类型的触角感器中，毛形感器在数量和分布上占主导地位，雄蛾触角上毛形感器的数量和密度比雌蛾触角上多而密，不同种类之间毛形感器的数量、分布密度也不同；其它六种触角感器虽然在同种的雌雄之间和不同种类之间也存在一定的差异，但不如毛形感器显著。

The results showed thattrichoid sensillum consists of a cuticular hair and three sensory neurons.Thehair wall is penetrated by many pores.The lumen of the hair is filled withsensillum fluid within which the dendrites of the neurons are immersed.

用透射电镜对枣粘虫雄蛾触角感器的超微结构进行了观察，结果表明，每个毛形感器是由几丁质表皮毛及位于其下的三个感觉神经细胞构成，几丁质表皮毛上有许多孔与外界相通，毛腔内充满感受器淋巴液。

There formed segregating cavities between spermatocyte cell-wall and spermogonium cell-wall and osmiophillic layers outside spermatocyte cytoplasmalemma, which indicated that the spermatocytes had begun to gradually break away from the male gametophytes and embark on independent development.

精母细胞与精子器的璧细胞之间形成了分离腔，在精母细胞质膜外形成了嗜锇层，这些结构的形成说明精母细胞已经开始与雄配子体逐渐分离，进入独立发育的阶段。

为了探讨林院 1号无核黄皮果实无籽的原因，于 1992年～ 2 0 0 0年在广西大学林学院观察林院 1号无核黄皮的花器、花粉数量及饱满程度、花粉萌发情况，并和有核黄皮比较；采用随机区组试验设计，对林院 1号进行自然授粉、去雄不授粉套袋、去雄后用有核黄皮花粉授粉并套袋的授粉试验；观察林院 1号的授粉受精过程。
