隧道效应

Took Chongqing Gong-he tunnel as an engineering example and studied the failure mechanism of surrounding rock and the correlation with bolt support system by using the methods of theoretical analysis, modeling test, numerical simulation and in situ test, some helpful conclusions were arrived as follows.Firstly, a new failure criterion for transversely isotropic rock mass was proposed with consideration of bedding plane orientation and major principal stress, and the corresponding algorithm, arrived through VC++6.0, can be easily embedded into the software FLAC3D for the geotechnical calculation.

论文在国家自然科学基金专项基金创新群体基金项目(No.50621403)以及国家自然科学基金重点项目"隧道与地下空间工程结构物的稳定性与可靠性(No.50334060)"的资助下，以共和隧道为示范工程，运用理论分析、物理模型实验、数值模拟和现场测试等手段，对共和隧道大埋深段层状岩体的围岩变形破坏机理、锚杆支护力学效应及围岩-支护结构的变形特征等内容进行了研究，其主要研究成果有：①在总结和探讨国内外学者提出的层状岩体经验型连续介质破坏准则基础上，结合层状岩体力学特性，考虑层面方向和最大主应力方向两个影响因素，提出了共和隧道层状岩体横观各向同性破坏准则；采用汇编语言VC++6.0实现了横观各向同性弹塑性本构关系的算法，并嵌入FLAC3D有限差分数值分析软件接口中实现数值运算。

The key of maintaining the tunnel stability lies on how to deal with the advance core soil ahead of working face, which is obtained on basis of analysis on the problems in high speed railway tunnels with big crosssections in soft surrounding rock or soil. Fullface prereinforcing method by fiberglass bolts can enhance the equivalent rigidity of the advance core soil and control the deformation of the advance core soil, so that arch effect can play its role naturally and assure the excavation safety.

总结分析了目前高速铁路大断面软弱围岩或土质隧道施工中存在的问题，认为如何处理好掌子面前方的"待挖核心体"是控制此类隧道整体稳定性的关键，运用沿隧道纵向全断面预加固的易切削玻璃纤维锚杆来提高"待挖核心体"的等效刚度，控制"待挖核心体"的变形，使得隧道周边的拱效应能自然发挥作用，可以保证隧道能够全断面安全、顺利开挖掘进。

Based on the sectional shield tunnels of metro in China, mechanical behavior of segment structure of shield tunnel under the different erection methods has been studied with geometric proportion of 1:12 through the simulated model tests of 3D 'ground-shield tunnel' in which joint effects of segments and mutual action effects between segments and ground are considered.

以我国城市地铁区间盾构隧道为对象，采用几何比 1/12、同时考虑盾构隧道管片接头效应和管片与土体相互作用效应，用三维土-盾构隧道相似模型试验对盾构隧道管片结构在不同拼装方式下的力学行为进行了研究，并将研究结果与梁-弹簧模型的理论分析结果进行了比较，得出的结论可为盾构隧道的设计提供参考。

先求得连续洞周边界应力条件下双圆形洞室的应力场和位移场；再利用衬砌和围岩界面位移协调方程，获得平行圆形隧道的地层压力和衬砌内力公式，并可考虑开挖面的三维效应和洞室自由位移等因素。根据结论公式，对隧道间距、地层性质、衬砌厚度等诸因素进行了讨论，得到了单因素的一般规律，在此基础上，提出了平行圆形隧道最小间距的近似方法，并在某工程中予以应用，得到了满意的结果。本应力分析方法在平行圆形隧道的设计和施工中供作参考。
