The paper introduces the characteristics and performance of HGIS devices and their application in Bao'an Converter Station of GuiGuang II DC Project,and analyzes the abnormal condition that a 500 kV HGIS disconnector did not work correctly due to the difference between its framework and blueprint.Based on the analysis of the original blueprint,three design alternation schemes are presented and compared to compensate the mismatch,and the realization of a scheme in this station is discussed.In addition,some suggestions about design,commissioning and operation of an HGIS are proposed.

笔者首先简要介绍了HGIS设备的特点、性能以及国产500 kV HGIS开关设备在贵广II回直流工程宝安换流站的应用情况，接着分析了因隔离开关机构箱与设计图存在一些差别导致现场调试过程中出现隔离开关不能正常操作的情况，在分析原始设计图的设计原则的基础上，给出了3种设计变更方案及其优劣性对比，介绍了该站所选方案的具体实现情况，最后给出了在今后的HGIS设计、调试和运行过程中须注意的几点建议。

The concerned research works of VFTO is investigated.A new transient circuit model to the question of the steep front and high amplitude value of VFTO is proposed based on general transient circuit model. The numeric simulation that disconnector switched off short bus has been proceeded by using above circuit model and the comparison of results with the one based on EMTP are given.

In this paper, experimental study (Ma=2.0 of cold flow) on a scramjet combustor model without combustion was carried on direct-connected facility. The effects of inflow parameter, length of isolator and back pressure on combustor and isolator flow field were analyzed and compared. The flow field of combustor was simulated with CFD software and the experimental results were compared.

文中在超燃冲压发动机燃烧室直连式实验设备上，对超音速燃烧室模型进行( Ma ＝2.0)冷流实验研究，比较了不同的来流条件、不同的隔离段长高比和不同的燃烧室出口反压对燃烧室内部流场以及燃烧室隔离段的抗扰动能力的影响，并利用数值模拟的方法对燃烧室内部流场进行了模拟。

The paper describes the selection principle of primary schemes for C-GIS and determines the general structure arrangement by comparing different elements and box structure, analyzes the insulating characteristics of SF6 gas and calculates the SF6 gas clearance and along surface insulation. It puts forward the factors that should be considered and strength analysis methods when designing gas chamber structure and analyzes the reasons of influencing the temperature rise of gas chamber and offers the ways of radiating. The vacuum circuit breaker and three-position disconnector are designed for C-GIS and special micro-computer controller for the three-position disconnector is developed. On the basis of new type sensors, suitable control and protection system for C-GIS is suggested. The type test items for C-GIS and its internal elements are introduced to prove that the development is successful.

本文论述了C-GIS产品的一次接线方案选择的原则，在比较各种元件构成及箱体结构的基础上确定了产品的总体结构；分析了SF6气体的绝缘特性，并对SF6气体间隙及沿面绝缘进行了工程计算；阐述了气室设计应考虑的主要因素及强度分析方法，对影响气室温升的原因进行了剖析，并提出散热措施；介绍了C-GIS用真空断路器及三工位隔离开关的设计技术；运用微机技术开发了专用的三工位隔离开关控制器；在阐述新型传感技术的基础上，提出了适用于C-GIS的控制和保护系统；简述了C-GIS产品及内部元件的型式试验项目，证明本产品的研制是成功的。

The fear of death caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome was not only a suffering to the patients but also a torture to their family. This paper reported the nursing experience of a middleage SARS woman who was infected by her son. The Gordon's functional health assessment guide was used to identify health problems. There were five major nursing health problems, including ineffective airway clearance, disturbance of sleep pattern, sensory deprivation, social isolation, and post-trauma response. Nurse-patient relationship was built up by positive caring attitude and effective nursing intervention. The woman was therefore able to improve her coping ability to her physical and psychological crisis. Because the disease is rare, this experience is useful as a reference for caring similar patients in the future.

严重急性呼吸道症群所造成的恐慌与面对死亡的恐惧，不但病人受苦，其家属也面临身心煎熬，本篇个案报告是叙述一位中年妇女因照顾罹患严重急性呼吸道症群的儿子疏於防范而引发自身发病须住院治疗，於住院治疗隔离期间以Gordon十一项健康功能做为身心社会的评估，使用观察、会谈等技巧，评估发现个案之主要护理健康问题包括：呼吸道清除功能障碍、睡眠型态的紊乱、知觉剥削、社又隔离、及创伤后反应，笔者於照护期间运用关怀之态度建立信任感、治疗性人际关系及相关护理措施，协助病患渡过生理上及心理上之危机，由於此类个案是临床上少数特殊的病例，以此照护经验分享以提供同化照护此类个案时之参考。
