RESULTS:①MRI scanning from coronal section: after 10 mL contrast-medium injection, in the center of medial knee joint, high visual signal was seen in the cavity of joint; after 15 mL contrast-medium injection, scanning between femora and patella, high visual signals were observed; after 20 mL contrast-medium injection, scanning by posterior internal and external condyle of knee, high visual signals were found in 80% of internal and external recess of posterosuperior of thighbone.

结果：①在膝关节冠状面MRI扫描：注入10 mL对比剂时，经膝关节内侧中点处，关节腔内均可见高信号；注入15 mL对比剂时，经股骨和髌骨间，关节腔内均可见高信号；20 mL对比剂时，经股骨内、外侧髁后缘处，80%股骨后上内、外侧隐窝内出现高信号。

B CT scan of the lower abdomen shows beaking and collapsed bowel loops at the retrocecal recess.

下腹部CT扫描显示盲肠后隐窝处肠管塌陷呈鸟嘴征。

C Diagram of the surgical findings shows that approximately 230 cm of gangrenous jejunum and ileum, located 120 cm from the ligament of Treitz, was herniated through the retrocecal recess.

Results MRI findings of nasopharyngeal carcinoma appeared as diffusely or locally thickened nasopharyngeal walls,and pharyngeal recess was closed and pharyngeal opening of auditory tube became shallow or disappeared,sometimes with parapharyngeal space、retropharyngeal space and logus capitis oppressed or invaded.

结果：鼻咽癌的MRI表现为鼻咽壁局限性或弥漫性增厚，咽隐窝闭塞，咽鼓管咽口变浅或消失，可伴有咽旁间隙、咽后间隙、头长肌受压或浸润及颈部淋巴结的转移，可见乳突积液，颅底骨质破坏。

CT findings of GP included gas accumulation under the recess of xiphoid,gas accumulation in the space around hepatic ligamentum teres,gas accumulation in the spatium retroperitoneale and seroperitoneum.

CT表现剑突下隐窝积气12例，肝下肝圆韧带间隙积气6例，腹膜后间隙积气4例及腹腔积液3例。

结果 鼻息肉多发部位及其发生率为：中鼻甲65.0%，钩突57.0%，筛泡23.7%，上颌窦口11.7%，鼻中隔5.4%，蝶筛隐窝2.6%。

Results: Axial scanning including vertebral arch can show spondyloschisis and other signs. These contained widened or stenosis of the spinal canal, stenosis of he lateral recess, the double margin sign, deformity of the lateral recess, the double margin sign, deformity of the intervertebral disc, denegeration of the joint facet and thickening of the ligamentum flavum. Scotty dog sign were showed in images reconstructed along the direction of vertebralarch.

结果：包括椎弓根层而的轴位扫描均能显示峡部裂和其他伴发表现，包括椎管增大或变窄，侧隐窝狭窄、双边征、椎间盘变形、椎小关节退行性变和黄动心忍性韧带肥厚采用平行于峡部的椎弓长轴MPR、MIP斜矢状面重建能直观显示峡部裂的典型表现－猎狗项圈征，正中矢状面重建能显示椎体滑脱。

Coalescing side crpta stenosis and spinal stenosis are relevant factor of affecting curative effect.

合并侧隐窝狭窄症和椎管狭窄症是影响疗效的相关因素。
