Methods: Forty pregnant rats were randomly divided into 4 groups and were given DBP by gastric intubation at a dose of 0, 100, 500 or 800 mg/kg from the 14th day to the 18th day of pregnancy. The incidence of cryptorchidism was evaluated in each group 70 days after birth. The histological changes of testis and epididymis in cryptorchid rats were also observed.
