Methods 24 rabbits were randomly divided into control and treatment groups. There were 12 rabbits (24 articular genus) in every group. Osteoarthritis model was established by injection of caroid in articular genu intracavitary. Rabbits with osteoarthritis were interfered by Duhuojisheng decoction.

Group II (N0.015M) received NEO 0. 015mg/kg with MOR 0.025 mg/kg caudally. Group III(N0.02M) received NEO 0.02 mg/kg with MOR 0.025 mg/kg caudally.
