We analyzed the regular pattern of daily medicine cost change of operation inpatients during hospitalization in every group . the results indicated that the median line of daily medicine cost had similar regular pattern in operations on the nervous system , the musculoskeletal system , the nose , mouth , and pharynx system and the female genital organs system : the top of daily medicine cost median emerged on the day of operations ; the median of daily medicine cost was low in the period after operation , and the lowest in the period before operation . the median line of daily medicine cost of operations on the digestive system and the integumentary system keeped at a high level in the period of 1 - 6 days after operations

手术病人日药费随住院时间的变化规律按icd - 9 - cm类目表的15个系统大类将住院手术病人分为15组，分析了各系统手术病人住院期间日药品费用的变化规律，结果显示：神经系统、肌肉骨骼系统、鼻口咽系统和女性生殖系统手术的日药费中位数线图具有相似的变化规律：手术病人住院期间的日药费硕士学位论文中位数的峰值位于手术当日，且手术当日的日药费变异最大；术后住院日的日药费中位数明显降低；术前住院日的日药费中位数很低；消化系统和体被系统手术在手术当日及术后1 6天内的日药费中位数维持在较高的水平。

Methods selective and limited minimally invasive debridement under arthroscope was applied to 54 patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint; hyperplasia of inflammatory synovial membrane and abrasion of anterior cruciate ligament were chipped or vaporized with radiofrequency, the corpus liberum were taken out, cartilage was scoured into certain shape; excision or partial excision were performed to hyperplastic intercondyloid spine, osteophyma and menisci; intercondyloid fossa was formed.results 45 cases were followed up for an average of 18 months (from 6 months to 24 months); the clinical symptoms of most cases released obviously and the joint function improved.conclusions minimally invasive debridement under arthroscope can effectively release oa symptoms, improve joint function and raise the quality of life.

对54例膝关节骨性关节炎患者进行关节镜下选择性、有限化微创清理术。手术内容包括刨削或射频汽化增生的炎性滑膜组织和前交叉韧带磨损、游离体取出、软骨打磨成形、增生髁间棘切除、部分骨赘切除、半月板部分切除、髁间窝成形。结果随诊45例，平均18个月（6～24月），大多数患者临床症状明显缓解，关节功能改善。结论关节镜微创清理术可有效缓解oa症状，改善关节功能，提高生活质量。骨关节炎；膝关节；关节镜检查

Morphological observation of U937 cells, treated with 0.2mg/ml, 0.4mg/ml,0.6mg/ml matrine by light microscope, electron microscope and image analysis, showed reduction of karyoplasmic ratio, chromatin margination,and presence of apoptotic body,compared with the control group.

However, the inhibition ratio would decrease when dosage over 8-80μM.

Materials Methods: Beast ultrasound was performedduring luteal phase and late follicular phase in 50 women, aged 25～45, with normalmenstrual cycle and no distinct breast disease; Serum estradiol and progesteronelevel were measured by enzyme immunoassay on the day of ultrasound performed. Mastalgia was diaried. Breaststructure changes tested by high-resolution ultrasound at the 0 and 12 M.

资料和方法：征集身体健康，没有明显乳腺疾病的正常月经妇女53名，分别在月经的晚卵泡期和黄体期进行超声检查和测血清雌二醇和孕酮水平；收集有HRT前乳腺超声检查和血清雌二醇水平结果的绝经过渡期妇女129名和绝经后妇女318名，记录既往乳腺胀疼、过渡期乳腺胀疼、绝经后乳腺胀疼和既往乳腺病史。17 β-雌二醇2mg加醋酸炔诺酮1mg连续联合治疗和安慰剂随机双盲平行对照临床研究1年的60名参加者，分别在用药前后各进行一次乳腺超声检查，乳腺症状按同一表格由病人日记及经培训的一名医生定期随诊记录乳腺胀疼出现、消失的日期及持续的天数；超声检查用同一方法测量乳腺腺体层厚度、导管宽度、乳腺腺体结构及血流。

These results suggest that pyriproxyfen obviously influences the larval growth to adult worker bees, especially in the pupal growth. The lower dose of pyriproxyfen results in abnormal eclosion, and more effects respond to the increasing doses, the treated larvae gradually appear the failure to eclosion, melanic death in the pupal stage, and death in the larval stage.

上述结果显示，百利普芬对成蜂的毒性较低，却会明显影响蜜蜂幼虫的生长发育，低剂量会造成蜜蜂羽化不完全，随著剂量的增加，处理幼虫的发育有提早的现象，处理幼虫会渐次出现蛹体变黑死亡，羽化失败死亡，甚至幼虫期即死亡的现象。

Focusing on the PGE enrichment mechanism in the basic-ultrabasic intrusions in the Panxi rift, firstly, through the interpretation of TM photograph, data processing of regional geochemical exploration and geophysical prospecting results of gravity, magnetic force and seism, we analyzed the controlling effect of structure and magmatic movement on the PGE mineralization; Secondly, through the study of volcanic apparatus, petrography, measurement of comprehensive geochemical section, isotope tracing and dating of typical PGE-rich melanocratic rock series, we discussed the sources of the PGE-bearing mafic-ultramafic intrusions and basalts, their timing, evolvement sequences, the geochemical processes of magma crystallization and fractionation, and the relationship between magma evolution and structural development; Finally, through the analysis of PGE and chalcophile elements concentrations in the melanocratic rock series and the contrastive study with the Noril''sk magmatic Ni-Cu-PGE sulfide deposit, its related continental flood basalts and Siberia Traps, we discussed PGE mineralization characteristics and its enrichment mechanisms in the melanocratic rock series in the Panxi rift.

本项目首先围绕川西地区主要的PGE矿床及伴生矿的地质环境和有关的地质构造背景，通过TM卫片解译、区域化探和重、磁及地震物探资料分析，总体把握构造及岩浆活动对PGE成矿的控制作用；然后通过对典型富PGE暗色岩套的火山机构地质构造、岩石岩相学、地球化学、同位素定年和示踪等方面的工作，分析本区基性－超基性含矿岩体与喷出岩之间的成岩物质来源、侵入时代及演化序列，研究该区同一岩浆房分异结晶的地球化学过程及其随构造发展的耦合关系；最后通过对暗色岩套PGE地球化学剖面分析以及与俄罗斯诺里尔斯克陆内裂谷溢流型玄武岩中PGE矿化的岩石－构造环境对比研究，探讨该区暗色岩套中的矿化特点和富集部位及其PGE富集机制。
