为了寻求生物相容性、化学相容性和力学相容性均好的种植材料，在口腔四大类种植材料(金属、陶瓷、碳素、高分子)中，选用6种材料作了动物实验预选。根据预选结果，选定以生物陶瓷为主攻方向，从而研制成功锆磷灰石陶瓷，以之进行了理化性能、生物学性能、及动物实验考查，合平种植要求。并以考查结果与钛合金、多晶氧化铝、单晶氧化铝、钛合金喷涂氧化铝、低温各向同性碳、聚砜种植作了比较，主要性能均较其它几种比较材料为优。经临床初试，锆磷灰石陶瓷的种植效果也较好，其界面为骨性结合。

含金属富燃料推进剂由于热值高、燃温高，在燃烧热测试过程中普通的不锈钢坩埚及附件经常被烧毁，为了正确测试金属富燃料推进剂燃烧热，对酸洗石棉、碳／碳复合材料、Al2O3陶瓷坩埚和金属钨坩埚的基本耐烧蚀特性和在金属富燃料推进剂燃烧热测试中的应用进行了实验研究。

The experimental results indicated that these metal oxide catalysts had better catalytic activities to the methylene chloride gas at low concentration, and the catalytic activities increased with the increase of temperature,but decreased with the increase of inlet gas concentration. The CrO3/potsherd catalytic activity was better than V2O5/potsherd, and the CrO3/potsherd catalyst displayed higher activity at the relative low temperature. When the reaction temperature was 320 ℃, the conversion rate could reach 99%, and the result of 100h catalyst stability experiment show that the catalytic activities have good stability.

实验结果表明此类金属氧化物催化剂对低浓度CH2Cl2气体有较好的催化活性，催化剂的活性随温度升高而升高，随入口废气浓度增大而降低，其中CrO3/陶瓷片催化剂的催化活性比V2O5/陶瓷片催化剂的活性好，CrO3/陶瓷片催化剂在较低温度下就表现出较高反应活性，在反应温度320℃时，转化率即达到99%，同时催化剂100h稳定性实验结果表明催化剂活性有很好稳定性，为进一步工业化应用提供理论和实践依据。
