METHODS From July 2000 to March 2005,14 patients received off－pump aortic arch aneurysm surgery. Of these patients,5 were subjected to total aortic arch replacement, 6 partial aortic arch replacement and 3 total aortic arch replacement combined with transaortic stented graft implantation into the descending aorta or partial descending thoracic aorta replacement.
