Genetic diversity of Upland cotton (Gossypium hirsulum I..) cultivars was evaluated by SSR, ISSR, and RAPD.

利用SSR、ISSR和RAPD 3种分子标记方法和2年田间实验对国内外36个陆地棉栽培品种的遗传多样性进行了研究。

In this paper, 52 transgenic insect-resistant cotton varieties of Gossypium hirsutum from China and abroad, have been used to investigate fiber quality traits, construct cluster dengrogram. Based on the SSR and AFLP analysis, we analysised the diversity and constructed the fingerprinting of the cultivars.

本研究选取国内外陆地棉转基因抗虫棉品种52份，对其纤维品质进行测定研究，建立聚类图；并利用SSR和AFLP分子标记建立52份供试材料的指纹图谱，从表型和分子水平综合分析其遗传多样性。
