Methods Different male genital diseases 39 cases ( 9 hydrocele, 4 acute orchitis, 4 varicocele of spermatic cord, 14 acute epidiymitis and 8 other diseases) were underwent by infrared thermography and 5 cases for therapeutic monitoring, and also compared with ultrasonic and clinical study.

对男性各类生殖系统疾病39例（鞘膜积液9例、急性睾丸炎4例、精索静脉曲张4例、急性附睾炎14例和其他疾病8例，红外热影像

Results Image of acute epididymitis and funiculitis displayed in hypoecho and enlarged volume.CDFI display abundant bloodstream,and the blood flow signal obviously reduced after treatment.

结果 附睾炎及精索炎急性期在二维图像上表现为不同程度的低回声水肿、体积增大，彩色多普勒显示血供丰富等血流动力学改变，治疗后血流明显减少。

Followed by laboratory tests to exclude such as epididymitis, Seminal Vesiculitis, genitourinary tract inflammation, prostatitis factors such as bacterial infection.

接下来是实验室检查，排除例如附睾炎、精囊炎、泌尿生殖道炎症、前列腺炎症等细菌感染的因素。
