The method was rapid, simple, accurate and stability, and can be used for the quantitiative determination of Ferulic acid in Ligusticum chuanxiong callus.

该方法快速简便、准确可靠，可用于川芎愈伤组织中阿魏酸的含量测定。

Extraction of volatile oil from Ligusticum Chuanxiong was studied in the second section. The experimental results show that 3.7-5.1% extracts can be obtained in temperature ranges from 45 to 65℃and pressures form 30 to 50MPa.
