阿朴吗啡

At baseline and on day 1, 3, 7, 14, 21 following MPP+ injection, the degree of microglial activation was examined by detecting the immunodensity of OX-42 in the substantia nigra. The number of viable dopaminergic neurons was determined by measuring tyrosine hydroxylase positive neurons in the SN. Behavioral performances were evaluated by counting the number of rotations induced by apomorphine, calculating scores of forelimb akinesia and vibrissae-elicited forelimb placing asymmetry.

分别在基线、MPP+注射后第1、3、7、14、21天时通过测定黑质区域OX-42的免疫荧光强度评定小胶质细胞的激活程度，测定酪氨酸羟化酶的表达情况评定存活多巴胺神经元的数量；通过阿朴吗啡诱导的旋转行为、前肢跨步及触须引发的不对称放置试验得分测评行为学表现。

MIAN OUTCOME MEASURES:①the circles of rat's rotation provoked by apomorphine.

主要观察指标：①各组大鼠在阿朴吗啡诱导下的旋转圈数。

Methods The diabetes mellitus rat model was induced by streptozotozin, and then apomorphine was administrated to set ED diabetes model.

采用链脲佐菌素制备高血糖大鼠模型，选择符合要求的模型再用阿朴吗啡诱导，筛选出符合最终造模要求的糖尿病ED大鼠模型。

Methods:All of 40 male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 3 groups:control group（group A, n = 10）, diabetic group for 4 weeks（group B, n = 14）, and diabetic group for 12 weeks（group C, n = 16）. The diabetes model was established by the injection of STZ. After some weeks erection function was examined by apomorphine injection. The content of NF-κB in the erectile tissue was evaluated by immunohistochemistry staining. At the same time the activity of NF-κB was detected by electrophoretic mobility shift assay.

Aim To observe the c-fos expression in the caudate-putman of 6-OHDA-lesioned rats after Apomorphine intraperitoneal injection and to investigate the inherent mechanism of it.

目的观察6-羟基多巴胺（6-OHDA）毁损黑质后，不同时间点腹腔注射阿朴吗啡大鼠纹状体c—fos表达情况，探讨其可能机制。

Methods Turning tests induced by apomorphine and forelimb functional tests were performed. Also, the expression of TH mRNA in mesencephalon of the rats was detected by semi-quantitative analysis of one step RT-PCR.

After a two-week screening period, 18 patients participated in a four-week as-required regimen of 2 mg apomorphine SL, escalated to 3 mg when appropriate after two weeks. Three patients (16.7%) benefited from this treatment modality ( P .05). The nonresponding group of 15 patients continued with a daily regimen of 2 mg apomorphine SL for two weeks followed by 3 mg daily for two weeks. The 3 mg daily regimen was more effective for ED ( P .02) and for each sexual domain scored with the International Index of Erectile Function questionnaire. Adverse events, as reported by three patients (23%) during the 3 mg regimen, were nausea, dizziness, and headache.

In addition, an expression of c-fos gene could be induced in the caudate putamen by injection of apomorphine from the rats survived 2 months in the experiment group.

免疫组化染色结果表明：6-OHDA损毁7 d，损毁侧TH阳性神经元及强阳性神经元较正常侧数目明显减少（P＜0.05），但阿朴吗啡不能诱导c-fos表达。
