Methods We analysed 42 patients in different groups, and compared the relationship between the incidence of RMP and the atropine dosage in different groups.

方法对 4 2例不同组别农药中毒病人进行分类分析，比较不同组别中阿托品治疗导致RMP的发生率及阿托品用量间的关系。

They were randomly assigned to three arms, 21 were treated with 0.25 % atropine eye drop every night, 20 were treated with 0.5 % atropine eyedrop every night, and 23 were treated with 0.25 % atropine eye drop every night combined with auricular acupressure three times a day for at least 6 months.

以随机方式分配为三组，其中单独点用0.25 %阿托品眼药水组为第一组有21人，单独点用0.5 %阿托品眼药水组为第二组有20人，合并点用0.25 %阿托品眼药水加上耳穴贴压组为第三组有23人。

The two treatment groups were both lower than control group; the atropine group was lower than the tropicamide group;(2) the changes of axial length before and after using eyedrop. there was no evident change in the atropine group; the axial length was obvious prolonged in tropicamide group and control group.(3) the phengophobia symptom.

结果：①近视眼患病率：两治疗组的患病率均小于对照组，同时阿托品组的患病率较托品酰胺组更少；②用药前后眼轴的变化：阿托品组没有明显的变化，托品酰胺组和对照组均有显著的延长；③畏光症状：用药初期两治疗组均有不同程度的症状，用药2月后症状基本消失。
