Results］In 108 patients (93.1%) routinely took antiplatelet drug orally;75 patients (64.7%) common took ACEI orally; 82 patients (70.7%) usually took beta-blocker orally; only 39 patients (33.6%) insisted on taking lipid-lowering drug orally;26 symptomless patients long-term took orally nitrate;24 symptomless patients long-term took Calcium antagonists.

结果］ 108例（93.1％）患者常规口服抗血小板药物，存在主要问题是部分患者用量偏低；75例（64.7％）患者服用ACEI；82例（70.7％）患者常规口服β-受体阻滞剂，心率达标率为39％；只有39例（33.6％）患者坚持服用调脂药；26例患者无症状长期口服硝酸酯类药物；24例患者长期口服钙通道阻滞剂。

In the four placebo-controlled studies evaluating radiofrequency denervation outcomes in patients with "confirmed"l-z joint pain, the only study that screened patients with MBB demonstrated positive outcomes,157versus only one of three that used diagnostic intraarticularin jections.158–160 Ultrasound-guided medial branchand intraarticular blocks have also been demonstrated to provide comparable accuracy to fluoroscopically guided injections, although they may be less likely to detect low-volume intravascular uptake and are less accurate in obese patients.161–164 Because MBB are technically easier to perform than intraarticular injections and involve anesthetization of the nerves to be lesioned, it seems more logical to use these blocks as a prognostic tool before radiofrequency denervation.

No Ⅲ° atrioventricular conduction block happened, 9 patients developed right bundle branch block, and 2 patients showed junctional rhythm. Two patients with perimembranous extending outlet were repaired because of residual shunt(0.4cm,0.3cm) on the anterosuperior rim of defect. One patient with trivial residual shunt(0.15cm) on the posteroinferior rim of defect was found closed spontaneously six months later. Tricuspid valve was incised in 10 patients of VSD sextending outlet,8 patients vertical to the valve ring,2 patients parallel to the valve ring. Moderate tricuspid valve regurgitation was found in 1 patient, mild in 5 patients, trivial in 4 patients. No one aggravated. One patient complicated with pericardial effusion.

无Ⅲ°房室传导阻滞发生，9例发生右束支传导阻滞，2例结性心律。2例膜周偏流出道型VSD患者因前上缘残余分流分别为0.4cm和0.3cm，再次手术修补；1例后下缘残留细束样分流，直径0.15cm，随访6个月后自愈；10例膜周偏流出道型VSD患者剪开三尖瓣，8例垂直瓣环，2例平行瓣环；1例三尖瓣中度反流，随访无加重；5例轻度反流，4例轻微反流，随访均无加重；1例心包积液；1例再次进入手术室止血。
