Results:In HEp-2 cell system,the median effect dose(ED50) sofdirect virucidal activity,the inhibition effects on the multiplicationand infection of HSV-2 333 ACV are 16.45 μg/ml,10.85μg/ml,18.62μg/ml respectively,the corresponding figures of emodin are 1.28μg/ml,1.40 μg/ml,1.44μg/ml separately.

结果：在HEP2细胞系统中，ACV对HSV-2 333株的直接杀灭、增殖抑制、感染阻断的ED50依次为16.45、10.85、18.62μg/ml，大黄素的相应数值依次为1.28、1.40、1.44μg/ml。

After light radiation time of one hour,the IC50 of cytotoxicity of C60 liposomes is 154.9 μg/ml.During the concentration of C60 liposomes are 16.86 μg/ml and 33.72 μg/ml separately,the plaque reduction rate of direct virucidal activity to HSV-1F strain is positive correlation to the time of light radiation,the correlation coefficients rate 0.8510（P.005） and 0.9766 （P.005） respectively.

结果：在HEp-2细胞系统中，ACV对HSV-2 333株直接杀灭、增殖抑制、感染阻断的ED50依次为16.45、10.85、18.62μg/ml，虎杖黄芪合用比为1虎杖/1黄芪时，相应数值分别为2.27、2.04、1.32μg/ml。
