Methods:We apply LEEP to deal with 75 casess whose biopsy CIN and thin-prep cytoloy test are abnormal but whose vaginoscopy are disaffect ( the borderline between scalelike and stylolitic is unclear). We observe the operation time, the bleeding amount, the postoperative effect and the diagnose accordance rate.

对阴道镜下活检诊断为CIN及TCT异常、而阴道镜检查不满意的患者75例采用LEEP术进行诊治；观察手术时间、出血量、术后疗效及诊断符合率。
