本文应用细胞培养观察细胞病变的方法来分离病毒，再用单克隆抗体及荧光抗体对病毒进行分型，在西宁地区1016例妇科疾病所取标本中（包括宫颈炎，外阴炎，阴道炎及宫颈癌等），共发现单纯疱疹病毒阳性标本72例，阳性率为7.08％，而宫颈癌中阳性率最高为8.7％。

130 rats were randomly divided into five groups: 5F electroacupuncture treatment group, 50Hz electroacupuncture treatment group,100Hz electroacupuncture treatment group, the model group and the control group. 4mm defect was produced in the left sciatic nerve of each rat and silicon nerve guards were used to bridge the nerve defect not including the rats of the control group.
