In order to exame the indexes ,we take out 8ml elbow vein blood at early morning before eating breakfast.

观察ITP患者血热妄行、气虚不摄、阴虚火旺、瘀血阻络四种证型共120例，及正常对照组30例，清晨空腹状态下抽取肘静脉血8ml，以检测上述指标。
