This paper find that the force on the surface of the cathode, which is led by the electrolyte, will become larger while the interelectrode gap decrease through test,and so do the current. This relationship can be used to predict the interelectrode gap.

本文通过采集真实电解加工中阴极表面上来自电解液的平行于机床主轴的力和加工电流，利用小波变换对采集的信号进行处理，提取趋势项，发现：随着间隙减小力和加工电流都增大，可以据此间接实现间隙的测量。

The polarization curve is not sufficient for a reliable and unique validation of a PEMFC model since different parameters can lead to an identical polarization curve. A three-step validation approach is proposed for a complete and unique validation. These three steps are:(1) validated by the global polarization curve,(2) validated by the local current density distribution curve, and (3) validated by the cathode over-potential and anode over-potential versus current density curve.
