Abstract］ objective to study the pathological features and histopathological type and differential diagnosis of hepatic focal nodular hyperplasia.methods the clinicopathological characteristics of 40 cases of fnh were studied.all were evaluted by use of paraffin embedded sections and he staining before light microcope observation.results there were 28 females and 12 males fnh patients whose age were from 16 to 62 years（median 41.3）,all alpha-fetoprotein was negative and had no hepatitis history.25 cases were classic type showed characteristic central stellate fibrotic scar,composed of fibrous connestive tissue and tortuous blood vessels.8 cases were telangiectic type,the left were mixed type and adenomatoid type.conclusion fnh is a reactive proliferation of hepatic cells to local blood vessel anomalies,it is not realy a tumor.its differential diagnosis includes hepatic adenomatous hyperplasia nodule,hepatic anaplasia nodular hyperplasia,fibrolamellar hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatocellular adenoma.

目的 探讨肝局灶性结节性增生的病理形态特点、组织分型及鉴别诊断。方法分析40例肝局灶性结节性增生的临床资料，并采用石蜡包埋he染色光镜下观察其组织学特点。结果 40例肝局灶性结节性增生患者中，女28例，男12例，年龄18~62岁，平均年龄41.3岁，所有病例术前均无肝炎病史，甲胎蛋白阴性，组织学上25例为经典型，有特征性的中央纤维瘢痕，由纤维结缔组织及扭曲血管组成。8例为毛细血管扩张型，其余为混合型及腺瘤样增生型。结论肝结节性增生是一种肝细胞对局部血管的异常反应性增生，并非真性肿瘤，主要与肝腺瘤样增生性结节、肝间变性结节状增生、肝纤维板层癌及肝细胞腺瘤鉴别。

Results Five DFRs were found. One of the DFR of 383 bp was specific to biovar antiqua. The 383 bp fragment was only found in strains of Y.pestis isolated from Marmota baibacina Spermophilus undulates Plague Focus of the Tianshan Mountains, but not found in strains from other Plague Foci. It was also found in two (belonging to biotypeⅠ and Ⅱ) of five strains of Y.pseudotuberculosis .

结果 发现了5个在不同生物型鼠疫菌间存在差异的DNA片段，其中一个383bp的片段在来自天山山地灰旱獭、长尾黄鼠鼠疫自然疫源地的30株鼠疫菌全部阳性，而来自其它鼠疫自然疫源地的菌株全部阴性，5株假结核耶尔森菌中有2株阳性。

There were 8 embryos single blastomere amplified, and the amplification success rate was 72. 7%(8/11); 3 embryos' not amplified; 2 embryos'showed preferential amplification , and the PA rate was 25%(2/8); and the 7 tubes of blank with washing cell solution were not contaminated. We transferred 3 unaffected embryos to the uterus. But unfortunately, blood hCG was negative after 2 weeks of transferring indicating no pregnancy.

共8枚胚胎的单卵裂球得到扩增，扩增成功率为72.7%（8/11），3枚未得到扩增，2枚发生了偏性扩增(preferentialamplification，PA)，PA的发生率为25%（2/8），细胞洗脱液空白对照7管均无污染发生。3枚诊断为正常的胚胎被移植入宫内，不幸的是，移植后2周，血hCG阴性，证明未妊娠。

Results In CZE, the peak width broadened due to the affinity interaction between natural products and thrombin. Compared with positive and negative control, the natural products (CB-1, CB-2) from Coreopsis tinctoria Nuttt. interacted with thrombin; CB-3 from Coreopsis tinctoria Nuttt. and HC-1, HC-2, HC-3 from Cistanche deserticola Ma. did not bind to thrombin. Both qualification and quantification characterizations of the binding were determined.

结果与阳性对照和阴性对照相比，蛇目菊中的提取物CB-1， CB-2与凝血酶有相互作用，并计算得到了CB-1，CB-2和凝血酶的结合常数；蛇目菊中的提取物CB-3和肉苁蓉中的HC-1， HC-2， HC-3与凝血酶没有相互作用。

The results show that the dispersity of emulsion is good and the average diameter of particles is about 15 nm. Its bactericidal properties to some bacteria and epiphytes are strong under daylight lamp irradiation. The killing rate to Gram negative bacterium (Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis) is 100%, in addition, killing activity of it to Gram positive bacterium is very high. It has a clear antibacterial circle of about 20 mm in diameter toward epiphytes such as Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus and Candida albicans etc.

结果表明，混晶乳液分散性好，粒径约15nm；在普通日光灯照射下，乳液对一些细菌和真菌有很好的抗菌性能：对革兰氏阳性菌（金黄葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌）的杀灭率达到100%，对革兰氏阴性菌也有很好的杀灭性能，对黑曲霉、黄曲霉和白色念珠菌等真菌产生清晰的抑菌圈，抑菌直径约20mm。

To Dec. 2003 years in Yuxi city People's Hospital. RESULTS: The proportion of G－ bacilli were much. The opportunistic pathogen's and Yeasts detected rate rose obviously. Most drug sensitive tests showed the drug-fast rate turned to be high. Escherichia coli, Salmonella and Klebsiella and so on to fluoroquinolones was 50～97.7%. These bacteria to imipenem showed excellent activity. MRS resistant to ciprofloxacin, norfloxacin, clindamycin, tetracycline, erythromycin, gentamycin, trimeth/sulfa and cefazolin were above 50%. Streptococcus resistant to major β-lactams-penicillin, aminoglycosides, macrolides, tetracyclines and sulfonomides were highness.

结果：G－杆菌比例居多，条件致病菌和酵母样真菌检出机会显著增高；药敏结果显示多数临床细菌对常用抗生素的耐药趋势在不断上升；大肠埃希菌、沙门菌和克雷伯菌等G－杆菌对喹诺酮类药物的耐药率在50％～97.7％，亚胺培南则对阴性杆菌有较高的敏感覆盖率；耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌对环丙沙星、诺氟沙星、氯洁霉素、四环素、红霉素、庆大霉素、复方新诺明和头孢唑啉的耐药率均在50％以上，链球菌对多数β内酰胺类青霉素、氨基糖苷类、大环内酯类、四环素类以及磺胺类药物呈高度耐药。

摘要］对尿液分析中所出现的假阳性，假阴性结果进行了分析比较，对影响尿液测定的结晶，黏液丝，药物等理化因素进行分析，对尿分析仪结果，显微镜检结果之间的相互补充，相互印证，又各自有不同的影响因素，对其进行对照分析，再结合临床症状，得出正确结论。
