Methods Mice were treated with three different doses of extract of ginger:high dose (9.3 mL·kg-1), middle dose (4.7 mL·kg-1),and low dose (2.3 mL·kg-1). All mice were irradiated once with 2.0 Gy X-ray. At the same time, the negative group (treated with vegetable oil only) and positive one (irradiated as well as extract of ginger groups after treated with vegetable oil) were set up.
