The result showed that levels of WBC,TB,DB,Glu and reticulocyte in six patients treated with β-lactam antibiotics were raised remarkably. DAT was strongly positive,but no RBC antibodies were detected in the plasma by IAT. The binding of red cells by monocytes or lymphocytes was great,and the hemolysis of red cells by alexin not appeared. After stopping above-mentioned β-lactam antibiotic administration,patient's WBC,TB,DB,and Glu levels returned to normal values.

结果发现：6例患者的临床治疗的药物都属于β内酰胺类；住院期间患者的WBC、TB、DB、Glu的检测结果出现异常，红细胞的DAT试验结果均为阳性，IAT试验结果均为阴性；将DAT阳性的红细胞进行补体结合实验时，结果为阴性；细胞涂片见部分红细胞表面有颗粒状物质附着，细胞培养见部分红细胞被白细胞识别、黏附；改用其它抗生素后，患者的上述化验指标恢复到正常值范围内，DAT试验结果转为阴性。

Of Staphylococcus aureus was methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and 77.35% of coagulase negative Staphylococcus was methicillin-resistant coagulase negative Staphylococcus respectively.

No staphylococcus aureus and bacillus pyocyaneus were seen after cultured in sample Ⅱ of group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ. But the colon bacillus was positive in sample Ⅱ of all the patients.

结果：〖HT5SS〗所有病人血样Ⅰ的细菌培养结果均为阴性；两组病人血样Ⅱ中金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌培养均为阴性，但大肠杆菌培养全部为阳性。

Results Acute oral LD50 were 278 mg/kg and 56.2 mg/kg in rats and mice respectively, while dermal LD50＞2 000 mg/kg and inhalative LC50＞3 000 mg/m3. Skin and eye irritancy were estimated to be negative and mild respectively. Cumulative coefficient was 2.3 and allergic rate was 0%. A negative result was observed in Ames assay while increased frequencies of bone marrow micronuclei and spermatocyte chromosome aberrations were noted in the high dose (11.24 mg/kg) group.

结果 大小鼠急性LD50分别为278 mg/kg和56.2 mg/kg；大鼠经皮LD50＞2 000 mg/kg；急性吸入LC50＞3 000 mg/m3；无皮肤刺激性，轻度眼刺激性；蓄积系数2.3；致敏率为0；Ames试验结果阴性；微核和染色体在高剂量组(11.24 mg/kg)与阴性对照组相比有高度显著性差异(P＜0.01)；大鼠90天亚慢性经口的最大无作用剂量为2.825 mg/kg。

Five kinds of bacteria were isolated from disease Meretrix meretrix and culture water (two isolated from the M. meretrix, three from the culture water) in Lvsi harbor, Jiangsu province. The results of infection showed that strain WG1702 can cause disease with the mortality rate 100 percent and the same symptoms as original. It was cued that strain WG1702 was the pathogenic bacteria and caused the death in large scare, a preliminary research was done on the bacteria including morphological, physiological, biochemical characteristics, phylogenetic position and pathogenic. Strain WG1702 was a straight-rod gram negative bacterium, the physiological and biochemical indicators were lysine decarboxylase, ornithine decarboxylase, reduction of NO3- to NO2-, mannitose, oxidase and methylred reaction positive, arginine decarboxylase, arginine dihydrolase, salicin and voges-proskauer negative.

本文从江苏吕泗文蛤养殖区发病文蛤和养殖水体中分离到5株优势菌(病蛤中分离到3株优势菌，养殖水体中分离到2株优势菌)，人工感染实验结果显示，菌株WG1702能引起供试文蛤发病，死亡率为100%，且发病症状与原发病症状相同，提示该菌是引起文蛤大面积死亡的主要致病菌，对其形态、生理生化特征、分类地位及致病性进行了初步研究，菌株WG1702为革兰氏阴性菌，直杆状，生理生化指标为：赖氨酸脱羧酶、鸟氨酸脱羧酶、硝酸盐还原、甘露糖、氧化酶、甲基红阳性，精氨酸脱羧酶、精氨酸双水解酶、水杨素、V.P阴性。

Results: In contrast to negative expression in normal oral mucosa, survivin was expressed in 42 of 50 (84%) cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma samples. There was no significant correlation between survivin expression and age and sex. In squamous cell carcinoma tissues, the expression of Survivin gene stepped up following malignant degree, but the positive rate of Survivin was not statistically significant.

结果：Survivin蛋白在10例正常口腔粘膜组织中呈阴性，而在50例口腔鳞癌组织中有42例阳性，占84%，差异有极显著性(P.01)；COX-2蛋白在10例正常口腔粘膜组织中呈阴性，但在口腔鳞癌组织中的阳性率为86%(43/50)，差异有极显著性(P.01)；Survivin蛋白阳性率与年龄和性别无相关性，而与COX-2蛋白表达阳性呈正相关(P.05)。

It was seen that the main microflora causing the spoilage of fresh mutton meat consisted of 3 gram-positive bacilli with spore (about 30% of the micro flora), 1 gram-positive coccus (about 2% of the whole microflora), 3 gram-negative spirilla (about 63% of the whole microflora), and 1 gram-negative bacillus (about 5% of the whole microflora). Potassium sorbate, EDTA and nisin were used as preservatives to inhibit the growth of the main strains representative for the spoilage of fresh lamb meat.

Objective:To explore the relationship of negative schizophrenic cognitive function improvement with HVA and 5-HIAA, Method:Thirteen negative schizophrenic patients were treated with clozapine for 8 weeks,Memory,attention,executive function were assessed separately with Waise memory scale,cancellation test and Wisconsin card sorting test before and after treatment,and cerebrospinal fluid HVA and 5-HIAA levels were determined with HPLC-ECD, Results:Part of short memory was improving with decreasing of HVA or increasing of 5-HIAA,while significant correlation were not found between improvement of memory quotient,attention,executive function and change of HVA,5-HIAA, Conclusion:The great part of negative schizophrenic cognitive function improvement has marked correlation with change of DA and 5-HT

目的：探讨阴性精神分裂症认知功能的改善与HVA和5-HIAA变化的关系。方法：对13例阴性精神分裂症在氯氮平治疗前和治疗8周后分别采用韦氏成人记忆量表，数字划消测验和威斯康星卡片分类测验(Wisconsin card sorting test，WCST)评估其记忆、注意及执行功能，采用高效液相色谱-电化学检测测定其治疗前和治疗后脑脊液中DA代谢产物高香草酸和5-HT代谢产物五羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)的浓度。结果：部分短时记忆随HVA降低或5-HIAA的增高而改善。而总的记忆商数，注意及执行功能的改善与HVA和5-HIAA的变化无明显相关。结论：大部分阴性精神分裂症认知功能的改善与DA和5-HT浓度变化无明显相关。
