Objective To study the etiology and the treatment of spontaneous nonaneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage.

目的 研究脑血管造影阴性的自发性蛛网膜下腔出血的病因。

Only one case underwent contrast enhancement scanning. Results There were heterogeneous density of spleen in 27 cases,25 cases had subcapsular hematoma,22 cases had hematcelia,complications occurred in 11 cases,the splenic pedicle of 2 cases were abnormal in CT image and operation record,no abnormality was found in CT image of a case.

结果 脾实质密度不均27例；脾包膜下血肿25例（其中2例不伴脾实质密度不均，但未作增强扫描）；腹腔积血22例；并发症11例；2例CT显示脾蒂异常；1例CT平扫阴性。

Histopathological examination of a skin lesion revealed subepidermal blister formation. Direct immunofluorescence study indicated linear IgA deposition at dermo-epidermal junction and vessel walls, whereas indirect immunofluoroscence exam was negative.

病理切片结果显示表皮下水疱，DIF在表皮真皮交界处及血管壁有IgA的线性沉积，IIF则为阴性反应。

The Pc DHFR and DHPS genes of the sulfanilamide treatment group and positive control group were all amplified,none of the other groups.

2实验组和阳性对照组的Pc DHFR和DHPS基因PCR扩增均呈阳性，阴性对照组和正常对照组无扩增。

Results:(1) The rats of the sulfanilamide treatment group and positive control group were all infected by Pc,the rats of normal control group and negative control group were all not.

结果(1)实验组和阳性对照组大鼠全部感染Pc，正常对照组和阴性对照组未发现Pc。

The PCP model rats were randomly divided into sulfanilamide treatment group and positive control group,the normal rats were randomly divided into normal control group and negative control group.
