主要研究程果和结论如下：（1）在硫酸、草酸和磷酸电解液中，在不同的阳极氧化条件下制备出具有不同大小、密度、深度和纵横比的纳米孔阵列AAM模板。

The results show that the TiO2 porous films can be obtained by anode oxidation using 10% H2SO4, voltage of 120V on the surface of Ti-6Al-4V alloy, and the aperture size is about 100-200nm. The acerate CaHPO4 with size of 200-400nm can be gained by the electrochemical deposition. Ultimately, the acerate CaHPO4 changed to the sheet Ca10(PO4)62 after being treated with 0.1mol/L NaOH in autoclave at 200℃ for 10 hours .

结果表明：钛合金（Ti-6Al-4V）板经以10％的硫酸为电解液和电压为120V时阳极氧化，产生孔径大约为100-200nm的多孔氧化膜，再经电化学沉积，得到尺寸大小约200-400nm针状的CaHP04，最后经盛有浓度为0.1mol/LNaOH 水溶液、温度为200℃的高压釜中水热合成10h，针状的CaHP04 转变为片状的Ca10(PO4)62。
