Morphological and physiological identification showed that NTG-01 was Gram-negative, short rod shape, with flagella around the bacteria, V-P test positive and Methyl red test negative. The bacterium can use glucose as carbon suource and produce gases. No H2S produced on TTS medium. Lysine decarboxylase and orthinine decarboxylase, catalase and gelatine test are positive. Arginine decarboxylase, dehydrolase, oxidase and urase test are negative. Sequencing and alignment of 16S rDNA showed that it shared a 99% homologous sequence with Enterobacter aerogenes.

结果显示菌株NTG-01为细菌，革兰氏染色阴性，短杆状，鞭毛周生，V-P试验阳性，甲基红实验阴性，利用葡萄糖产酸产气，不能在TIS培养基上产生H_2S，赖氨酸和鸟氨酸脱羧酶试验呈阳性，精氨酸脱羧酶和双水解酶试验呈阴性，氧化酶和脲酶试验阴性，接触酶和明胶液化试验阳性，但后者反应迟缓，一周后才观测到结果。

结果 丰富的NGFR染色阳性神经纤维分布于正常结肠环肌层及粘膜下层，少量分布于纵肌层，NGFR染色阳性神经元分布于肌间神经丛及粘膜下神经丛；NGFR 染色阳性神经纤维在HD无肌间神经节细胞肠段肌层及粘膜下层内明显减少或缺如，而肌间肥大的神经干及粘膜下神经干为NGFR染色阳性，并且在其外周可见一强阳性染色带。

Results:according to the outcome of test,168 cases with new bacteriological positive ptb were divided into negative reaction group(group 1),positive reaction group (group 2)and strong positive reaction group(group 3).after antituberculotic treatment for 6 months.the rates of sputum coversion of group 1,group 2 and group 3 were 76.92%,94.79% and 100% respectively.the mean sputum coversion time of group 1,group 2 and group 3 were 12.46 weeks 5.0 weeks and 3.0 weeks respectively and the rates of focus absorption of group 1 ,group 2 and group 3 were 61.54%.

结果：168例痰菌阳性初治的结核病患者，根据ppd试验的结果分为阴性组，阳性组，强阳性组。经过6个月抗痨治疗后，ⅰ组痰菌转阴率为76.92%，平均转阴时间为12.46周，病人疗程结束时，肺内病灶x线吸收占61.54%；ⅱ组痰菌转阴率为94.79%，平均转阴时间为5.0周，病人疗程结束时，肺内病灶x线吸收占86.46%；ⅲ组痰菌转阴率为100%，平均转阴时间为3.0周，病人疗程结束时，肺内病灶x线吸收占100%。

An amount increase ofPAI-3 andK10 was observed after theKCswere cultured for48 h in high calcium medium,butat72 h the exprssion ofPAI-3 decreased. The positive stain ofPAI-3 wasmainly localized in perinuclearmembrane in lowcalcium medium and in cytoplasm in high calcium medium. PAI-3 was incorporated into cornified envelope ofterminally differentiated keratinocytes.

ELISA method was used for comparison. Results The positive rate of DIGFA in testing the serum from 50 infected rats was 96.0%(48/50). The negative rate of DIGFA in healthy rats was 100%(50/50). Cross reaction with Enteroclysis (13 samples) and Tapeworm (11 sqamples) was not observed. The cross reaction rate in 18 Strongyloidiasis rats was 5.6%. The sensitivity and specificity of DIGFA is comparable with ELISA (96.7%).

结果 用DIGFA检测广州管圆线虫实验感染鼠血清50份，其阳性检出率为96.0%，50份正常鼠血清的阴性符合率达100%，DIGFA分别检测蛲虫阳性鼠血清13份，绦虫阳性鼠血清11份和粪类圆线虫阳性鼠血清18份，前二者均为阴性，后者交叉反应率为5.6%；DIGFA与ELISA平行检测30份广州管圆线虫阳性鼠血清，两法符合率达96.7%。

Results The SP-IR and CGRP-IR neurons could not be found in the above-mentioned ganglial plexus.But SP-IR fibers distributed sparsely,CGRP-IR fibers were more densely than SP-IR fibers,especially A-PGP.The population of VIP-IR neurons and fibers were most dense and interweaved ganglial plexus.

结果 在上述三个神经节丛内，未发现SP及CGRP免疫反应阳性神经元，但可见少量SP免疫反应阳性神经纤维分布，CGRP免疫反应阳性神经纤维数量较SP阳性纤维密集，尤其在A-PGP更为明显；VIP免疫反应阳性神经元和神经纤维分布最为密集，交织成神经节丛。

Results Among 12 normal conjunctiva, there were 3 weakly positive, 3 positive and 6 negative; while among 15 pterygial specimens, there were 1 negative, 3 weakly positive, 7 positive and 5 strong positive.
