Methods Monoclonal antibody against the glycophorin A was used to identify nucleated erythrocytes in the peripheral blood of pregnant women.Candidates fetal cells from 3 pregnancies at 16 to 24 weeks of gestation were isolated successfully.Sorted cells were also confirmed using Y-special probe (PY3.4) repeated sequences in maternal blood from women carrying male fetuses were detected by polymerase chain reaction.Results The PY3.4 position hybridization rates were 31.5%,0 and 38% respectively in sorted GPA positive cells of 3 samples by FISH,and the results of GPA+ cells of the 3 cases by PCR were positive,negative and positive respectively,which were manifested by the gender after aborticide.

选用红细胞特异单克隆抗体Glycophorin A结合流式细胞术成功地从3例妊娠16～24周的孕妇血中分离出NRBCs，并用Y-染色体特异重复序列DNA探针(PY3.4)荧光原位杂交及聚合酶链反应技术检测Y-染色体特异序列结果 FISH结果，3例分选出的GPA阳性细胞中PY3.4杂交阳性率分别是31.4%、0、38%；其PCR结果，分别为阳性、阴性、阳性，并在引产后得到性别证实。

Through all this test analyse Pathogenicity and Immunological status of ALV-J Inner Mongolia strain, the result showed the infected chickens began to have pathological change of Myelcytomatosis at 3-week: the main pathological changes of acidophile myelocyte were found in bone marrow and between cardiac muscle fibers,and there were many granules in the hyalotome.This kind of oncocyte proliferated in every tissue at different amount, but the cells that proliferated in bone marrow, cardiac muscle fiber, oarium were much more than other tissue, and they often developed neoplasma. At same condition,there were no abnormalty advent in control group, In immunological aspect: the increase of lymphokine and ANAE positive cells showed cell-mediated immunity was strengthend during antineoplastic infection; the emergence of ALV-J antibody of ELISA suggest there was humoral immunity exist at the same time.

结果显示：脾脏PCR检测结果表明1、2两实验组均有阳性病例出现，而对照组全部为阴性，说明实验鸡体内已有ALV-J内蒙株感染；接种病毒后3周龄开始出现骨髓细胞瘤病的病理变化：肝脏、脾脏有程度不同的肿大，镜下观察，骨髓内最早出现了与骨髓细胞相似、形态基本一致的大型圆形或椭圆形、胞核较大多为椭圆形、胞浆内含有大量嗜酸性圆形颗粒的髓细胞样瘤细胞增生，随后通过血流瘤细胞可转移到肝脏、心肌、卵巢或睾丸等组织并形成肿瘤性病灶，而对照组没有出现明显病变；免疫状态方面：以脾脏淋巴因子和ANAE阳性细胞增多说明细胞免疫在抗肿瘤感染过程中增强，ELISA检验实验鸡抗体出现阳性的结果表明同时也存在着体液免疫。

Results Compared with that in the NP tissues, the number of α-SMA positive cells increased significantly in BPH tissue, and the number of vimentin positive cells increased moderately in the stroma and prominently surrounding the acinus and in the basal layer. In BPH tissue, the myosin and ERα staining signal was lost in the stromal cells surrounding the acinus, and the positive staining cells gathered into bunches in the stroma far away from the acinus, while the positive cells were sporadically distributed in the NP tissue. The PCNA positive cells increased moderately in the stroma and increased significantly in the basal layer.

结果 与NP相比在BPH中，α-SMA阳性染色细胞显著增加；波形蛋白在间质中阳性染色细胞有所增加，在腺泡基底层及临近腺泡外层间质中阳性染色细胞明显增加；在临近腺泡外的数层间质细胞中肌球蛋白和ERα由部分阳性变为完全阴性染色，而在远离腺泡的间质中其阳性染色细胞由散在斑块状分布变为簇状密集排列；PCNA在间质中阳性染色细胞有所增加，在基底细胞层中阳性染色细胞显著增加。

The results of immuhistochemistry show: compared with normal retina, more 3-NT-positive cells and iNOS-positive cells appear in inner nucleus layer of diabetic retina; less eNOS-positive cells appear in inner nucleus layer and vascular endoderm of diabetic retina; less nNOS -positive cells appear in inner nucleus layer of diabetic retina; more ET-positive cells, ETRA- positive cells, ETRB- positive cells appear in inner nucleus layer of diabetic retina; moreα- synuclein- positive cells appear in ocular cone and rod layer of diabetic retina. Conclusions 1. RFDD-PCR is an efficient technique for research diseases genomics as a mass screening to complete gene expression with the identifying of candidate gene related to disease.

免疫组织化学结果显示：13-NT和NOS：与正常视网膜相比，8周糖尿病大鼠视网膜中，INL的3-NT和iNOS免疫阳性细胞明显增多，INL和血管内皮层的eNOS阳性细胞明显减少，INL的nNOS阳性细胞也明显减少；2ET及ETR：与正常视网膜相比，8周糖尿病大鼠视网膜中，ET、ETRA、ETRB免疫阳性细胞明显增多，增多的阳性细胞主要集中于INL，而在血管内皮层增多不明显；3α-synuclein：与正常视网膜相比，8周糖尿病大鼠视网膜中，α-synuclein免疫阳性细胞明显增多，增多的阳性细胞主要集中于视网膜视锥视杆层。

结果显示：海马(CA1～CA3区)NOS为阳性、其中CA2 为强阳性++）；非脑神经核(红核、黑质为中等阳性；而脑神经核(动眼神经核、动眼神经副核、面神经核、展神经核)NOS为阳性；脑桥网状结构为阳性；缝核群为阳性；第三脑室和第四脑室脉络丛为阳性。

Results: Of all the semen samples, 8 were HCMV positive, 4 HSV-Ⅱ positive, but none were both HCMV and HSV-Ⅱ positive. HCMV late antigens were positively and HCMV early antigens negatively expressed in the spermatogenic cells of the 8 HCMV positive cases. In the 4 HSV-Ⅱ positive cases, 3 were positively and 1 weakly positively expressed. In the semen of the 12 positive cases were found large numbers of immature spermatogenic cells, with different manifestations of apoptosis, such as chromatin pycnosis, vacuoles, damaged nuclear membrane, and apoptotic bodies, but without virus infection-induced specific morphological alteration.

结果：83例精液样本PCR检测HCMV阳性8例，HSV-Ⅱ阳性4例，未发现2种病毒同时阳性病例。8例HCMV阳性病例ICC标记生精细胞HCMV晚期抗原均见阳性表达，HCMV早期抗原均为阴性表达；4例HSV-Ⅱ阳性病例ICC标记生精细胞3例阳性表达，1例弱阳性。12例病毒阳性病例均发现较多未成熟生精细胞，并有不同程度的核染色质固缩、出现空泡、核膜破损、核崩解、凋亡小体等凋亡现象，但未能找到病毒感染的特异性形态学改变。

The results showed that in evaluation of the method by detecting 50 RHD 1227A positive and 50 RHD 1227A negative individuals, the genotyping method displayed a sensitivity of 100% and a specificity of 100%; in evaluation of the method by detecting 33 DEL positive and 89 DEL negative individuals, the sensitivity was 100%, however, there were two serologically negative samples which were confirmed as positive using genotyping method.

结果表明：在50例RHD 1227A阳性和50例RHD 1227A阴性的Rh阴性样本中基因分型方法的灵敏度和特异性都是100％；在33例DEL阳性样本和89例DEL阴性的样本中，基因分型方法的灵敏度为100％，有2例样本血清学结果为阴性而基因分型结果为阳性，重新用血清学方法和序列分析方法复核这2例样本，发现2例都是血清学漏检，因而基因分型方法的特异性是100％。

The results showed that in evaluation of the method by detecting 50 RHD 1227A positive and 50 RHD 1227A negative individuals, the genotyping method displayed a sensitivity of 100% and a specificity of 100%; in evaluation of the method by detecting 33 DEL positive and 89 DEL negative individuals, the sensitivity was 100%, however, there were two serologically negative samples which were confirmed as positive using genotyping method. After re-testing these two samples with serological method and sequence analysis, it was found that original serological method gave false negative results and genotyping method still showed 100% specificity. The minimal target DNA concentration of this genotyping method is 8.13 ng/μl.

目的 探讨活动平板运动试验与冠状动脉造影在冠心病诊断中的价值。方法对132例活动平板运动试验阳性，77例冠状动脉造影结果进行回顾性分析。结果冠状动脉造影阳性58例（75%），阴性19例（25%），单支病变18例，双支病变40例，多支病变19例，stc延长25例，s波加深21例，u波倒置2例。结论在活动平板运动试验患者中，有危险因素和临床症状与冠状动脉造影结果较相符，女性、年轻人和无临床症状者假阳性较多。
