Four adduct compounds are found for the former, and three are found for the latter. This indicates the DNA adduct formation capabilities both of 2-chloro benzamide and the photoproduct sample. Meanwhile the result of Ames experiments of them is positive. Thus we should pay more attention to important meaning of these results since the compound, which can produce adducts with DNA, may possibly be tumorigen or even carcinogen and mutagen.

结果表明，前者与DNA反应形成四个可辨认的加合物斑点，后者与DNA反应形成三个可辨认的加合物斑点，能与DNA加合的物质为潜在的&三致&物质，同时，二者的Ames试验结果显阳性这应当引起人们对灭幼脲环境安全性的重视。

In order to make the area infected by Hp visible under endoscope, the authors spray bromocresol purple—urea fluid onto gastric antrum mucosa to show color, and then to define whether or where it is infected by Hp because the area infected by Hp will become purple color.

做法是在内镜下经活检孔道将Hp识别液5～10ml喷洒在球部、胃窦幽门区，有糜烂、充血、溃疡、疣状凹陷等病变处，1～2分钟后上述各部如呈紫色即示Hp存在。结果本组阳性者128例，阳性率50.0%。在阳性着色区做粘膜活检，做涂片和石蜡切片用作者研制的乙醇中性红染色，结果100%检出Hp。

Results: we estalished ideal copd models in stort time. there existed the expression of nos in both the normal lung tissue and the lung tissue of copd,mainly orienrared in the cytoplasm of cell.the immunohistochemical result indicated that inos increased significantly ,in comparison with the control group, in bronchiolar mycoderma epithelial and enos remakably decreased in pulmonary blood vessel.

结果：联合应用烟熏和ppe在较短的时间内建立了较理想的copd模型；一氧化氮合酶在正常肺组织与copd的肺组织均有表达，主要定位在细胞浆内；免疫组化结果表明模型组inos在支气管黏膜上皮呈强阳性表达，肺血管enos表达明显减弱，与健康对照组比较有显著性（p.01）。

Results: Based on the study mentioned above, about 323 bp positive band were amplified under the anneal temperature of 65℃ by total volume of 25 25ul PCR reaction. Sequencing results prove the positive band were fragments of Cytb genes from both Cervus elaphus Linnaeus and Cervus nippon Temminck.

Based on the trait of adsorption and desorption of chicken red blood cell with AIV under some conditions, virus enrichment was performed in 48 samples diagnosed by CRBC, and the enrichment products were detected by the multiplex RT-PCR In whih, 30 of 48 were showed to be H5 subtype AIV, completely accorded with the result of same samples tested by embryonated eggs propagation and hemagglutinin inhibition assay.

结合AIV能够吸附鸡红细胞并在一定条件下解离的特点，利用鸡红细胞对48份已确诊样品进行病毒富集，然后用建立的多重RT-PCR方法检测富集产物结果显示48个样品中，30个为H5亚型AIV阳性，与病毒分离结果完全一致。

Results The time of mechanical ventilation in high risk group (18~30h, 26h in average) was longer than that in control group (4~28h, 14h in average)(P.01). Meanwhile, The incidence of fever, chest exfiltration and positive result of sputum culture in high risk group were also higher than that in control group.

目的 探讨不同洗板方式的酶联免疫法对HBsAg结果的影响方法在日常工作中，伴有溶血或其它因素引起浑浊的血清样品较常见，而些样品在HBsAg的ELISA检测中常出现假阳性，为消除这些假性结果。

The results showed:(1) MP polymerase chain reaction test showed positive results in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid from all of the MP-infected rats (infectious group, n=4), while they were all negative in BALF from the control group (n=4,P＜0.05) and from those rats both infected with MP and, at the same time, treated with erythromycin (treating group n=4,P＜0.05). Bacterial cultures of the bronchial and lung tissue were negative in all three groups. Using transmission electron microscope the widened interalveolar septa with increased amount of collagen were found in the infectious group, while there were no obvious abnormalities in the other two groups.

结果 205例疑似尖锐湿疣感染患者检出hpv6.11、hpv16.18、hpv6.11/16.18阳性例数为52、45、26.logistic回归和多因素方差分析结果表明，清洁度和h2o2浓度与hpv6.11/16.18感染和加速感染进程密切相关，与脓细胞、霉菌、唾液酸苷酶并无相关性。ph值、白细胞、霉菌、滴虫、线索细胞、白细胞酯酶与hpv6.11/16.18感染虽无相关性，但在引起hpv6.11/16.18感染方面起到重要作用。
