The results showed that when the proportion of the resistant subpopulation within the h-VRSA was low, te level of the toxic factor and its pathogenicity to animals had no difference from that of the standard strain. If proportion of the resistant subpopulation increased the level of coagulase and lecithinase changing from positive from negative and the ring of hemolysis disappeared. The speed of proliferation of the organisms in the animal slowed down and the LD50 increased.

Kala-azarpatients were examined by ELISA with three Leishmania strains antigen, the results were 901 strain with 80.92%, 801 strain with 92.25% and 951 strain with 89.92%. The result was notable difference between 901 strain and 801 strain. 334 healthy persons serum of endemic areas were tested by ELISA with three Leishmania strains antigen, the positive rates were notable differenceamong three antigens.

结果：提取的三株抗原的蛋白浓度分别为：901株1000ug/ml、801株800ug/ml、951株1000ug/ml；工作浓度均为10ug/ml；三株抗原分别检测24份肺结核病人血清，均为阴性；三株抗原分别检测60份非疫区健康人血清，801株与951株的检测结果均为阴性，901株检测出一份阳性；三株抗原分别检测131份黑热病病人血清，阳性率分别为：901株80.92%、801株92.25%、951株89.92%。801株明显高于901株。

With in situ DNA hybridization, the EBV genomes have been demonstrated in the labial glands of the Sjogren′s syndrome patients (16/28), moreover the elevated content of EBV DNA has been identified in those with more severe destruction of labial glands. It is concluded that EBV, vhich has a normal site of latency at salivary glands in a nonpathogenic state, may be reactivated in Sjogren′s syndrome patients and play a role in the pathogenesis of this disease.

另外，我们用原位杂交方法观察了EB病毒DNA在干燥综合征病人唇腺组织的存在状况，结果发现28例干燥综合征病人中16例为阳性，其中腺泡组织破坏严重者，EB病毒DNA的含量亦高，并且EB病毒主要分布于大量浸润的淋巴细胞中，其次位于腺泡上皮细胞内，少量见于腺泡腔中，以上结果提示，在干燥综合征病人EB病毒处于活跃的复制状态，干燥综合征病人靶器官受损与EB病毒的活跃复制及其诱导的免疫反应密切相关。

RESULTS: The positive staining cells mostly included ependymal cells of myelocoele, glial cells, motor neurons, and epithelial cells of spinal pia mater. The staining was mainly located on the cell membrane. Most importantly, it displayed certain directivity in the glial cells, mainly at the membrane side contacting with capillary endothelial cells.

结果： 免疫组织化学染色结果显示阳性着色细胞包括有胶质细胞、中央管室管膜上皮细胞、脊髓前角运动神经元、软脊膜上皮细胞，着色部位主要在细胞膜，其中在胶质细胞表现出一定的方向性，主要分布在与毛细血管内皮细胞接触的一侧。

Results: the positive cells mostly included ependymal cells of myelocoele, glial cells, anterior horn motor neurons, and epithelial cells of spinal pia mater and their expressions were mainly located on cell membrane. interestingly, aqp4 distribution in glial cells and ependymal cells showed certain directivity, but the former was mainly in the membrane side contacting with capillary endothelial cells and the latter mostly in the basolateral membrane of ependymal cells.

Results. Clinical resolution of infections, normalization of lab values, and bony fusion, based on dynamic radiographs and CT scans, were seen in all patients at latest follow-up. Staphylococcus aureus was the most frequently identified organism (8 patients). Four (29%) patients had positive blood cultures. Predisposing comorbidities were present in 12 patients. Six patients had epidural abscesses. Eight (57%) patients presented with neurologic deficits, ranging from paraparesis to quadriplegia. Complete recovery was seen in 7.

Results: The cultured PDLSCs and SCAP from single colonies showed typical fibroblast-like cells under light microscope. The colony forming units-fibroblasts of PDLSCs and SCAP were 1 to 23 units /105, 20 to 130 units/105 , respectively.
