The positive expression both of p14ARF and mtp53 protein in NSCLC tissues were significantly different from that in nonmal lung tissues and tissues adjacent to the cancer (P.01).The expression of p14ARF protein was correlated with pathological degree（P＜0.01）,but it was uncorrelated with pathological staging,lymphaden metabasis and vessel invasion(P＞0.05).The expression of mtp53 protein was correlated with clinical pathology staging,pathological degree and vessel invasion(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01),but it was uncorrelated with lymphaden metabasis(P＞0.05).(2) The coexpression of p14ARF and mtp53 was 36.7％,their consistency was 38.8％,but the expression of p14ARF protein were negatively correlated with the expression of mtp53 protein(r=-0.3553,P＜0.001).Conclusion The results suggest that the decrease of p14ARF and the increase of mtp53 protein may play an important role in the genesis and development of NSCLC.

结果 (1)在正常肺组织、癌旁组织和NSCLC中p14ARF蛋白的阳性表达率分别为93.3%、83.3%、55.1%，mtp53蛋白的阳性表达率分别为6.7%、44.4%、79.6%；p14ARF蛋白和mtp53蛋白在NSCLC中的表达与正常肺组织和癌旁组织比较均有显著性差异(P＜0.01)；p14ARF蛋白表达与临床病理分期、有无淋巴结转移、有无脉管浸润无关(P＞0.05)，而与病理分化程度有关（P＜0.01）；mtp53蛋白表达与临床病理分期、病理分化程度(P＜0.01)及有无脉管浸润(P＜0.05)有关，而与有无淋巴结转移无关(P＞0.05)；(2)在NSCLC中，pl4ARF与mtp53蛋白共表达为36.7％，一致性为38.8％，二者表达呈负相关(r=-0.3553，P＜0.001)。

Blood smears with discrepant results between the two methods were retested by an experienced microscopist,and also repeated by UT-PCR for 2-3 times. The sensitivity and specificity of the two methods were evaluated following the Tjitra′s method.

结果 400例发热患者血样中，镜检法初检检出疟原虫阳性234例，其中恶性疟125例，间日疟109例；UT-PCR检出疟原虫阳性235例，其中恶性疟124例，间日疟109例；恶性疟和间日疟混合感染2例。

RESULTS: A total of 36 rabbit models, 6 in the 1-month therapy group and 8 in the 3-month therapy group were died from infection. In the 1-month therapy group, thick ureteric wall and smooth ureteric lumina developed without any contracture. Under the optical microscope, transitional epithelial cells covered throughout the inner walls and smooth muscle cells appeared sparsely in a mussy configuration. In addition, CKAE1/AE3 staining was positive butα-actin staining was very weak when checked by immunohistochemistry. In the 3-month therapy group, amnion-ureters were enclosed by their peripheral tissue and showed rich blood vessels and normal ureteric lumina without significant contracture, futher more, there had formed a well-arranged transitional epithelial layer and smooth muscular layer, the immunohistochemistry result showed that the expression of CKAE1/AE3 and α-actin were positive.

结果：36只大白兔中，1个月治疗组死亡6只，3个月治疗组死亡8只，死亡原因均为感染。1个月治疗组大白兔羊膜输尿管柔软，长4 cm，管壁变厚，无挛缩，移行上皮组织爬满内壁，平滑肌组织部分再生，但较稀疏，排列不规则；免疫组织化学检查提示CKAE1/AE3染色阳性，α-Actin染色微弱。3个月治疗组大白兔羊膜输尿管与周围粘连，有丰富的血运，无明显挛缩，管腔不缩小，已形成良好的移行上皮层和平滑肌层，免疫组织化学显示α-Actin和CKAE1/AE3染色均为阳性。

By in situ hybridization, 53BP2 mRNA expression is revealed in tumor cell nests of NPC paraffin sections. The strong positive particles localize in the nuclei of tumor cells; but slight positive signals are also found in tissue cells of chronic nasopharyngitis and connective tissue, such as lymphocytes and smooth muscle cells; There are also positive signals in the nuclei of hyperplastic squamous epithelial cells. However, 53BP1 mRNA expression is not found in nuclei of tumor cells, tissues of chronic nasopharyngitis and connective tissue.

原位杂交结果显示，石蜡切片的鼻咽癌癌巢内，可见53BP2的强阳性表达信号，信号呈紫色颗粒状分布于胞核，核仁清晰可见；而在相同条件下，在慢性鼻咽炎组织和癌旁上皮的结缔组织，也可见弱表达信号，如淋巴细胞和平滑肌细胞；在增生的鳞状上皮细胞的核内，可找到强阳性信号。53BP1在鼻咽癌、慢性鼻咽炎组织和癌旁上皮的结缔组织切片上，均无表达信号。

The results showed that PNA can be used as the marker of lower nephron. About 60% papillary renal cell carcinoma revealed PNA-receptors expression positive and the PNA-receptor positive group had a poor prognosis.

After dealing with the CT image of pedicle screw with interpolation numberical method, for pedicle screw of gradeⅠ,CT had a positive predictive value of 52.7%, a negative predictive value of 94%.,a sensitivity of 67% and a specificity of 94%; for pedicle screw of gradeⅡ, CT had a positive predictive value of 75%, a negative predictive value of 100%.,a sensitivity of 100% and a specificity of 94%.

结果：采用"低窗位、高窗宽"原则处理CT影像后，CT对于Ⅰ度椎弓根螺钉的敏感度为33%、特异度为87%、阳性预测值为32%、阴性预测值为88%。CT 对于Ⅱ度椎弓根螺钉的敏感度为100%、特异度为88％、阳性预测值为60%、阴性预测值为100%。Kapper值为0.603。
